Decent for the price.. It was a very nice room for the price. Besides a few minor discrepancies. Like the hand soap and body wash dispensers in the bathroom were pretty much empty. There was no soap in the kitchenette area next to the sink. There was dried food stuck in the carpet next to the couch. Also, somebody’s under eye patch was stuck on the bedside table. Besides that stuff, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious.

The hotel has been updated and the rooms are. Lean and bright. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was decent. My big complaint was how noisy the hotel was. Our room was on the side closest to the freeway and there was noise from the traffic all night. The floors are thin and footsteps from the floor above us were audible all night. The staff put a family on the floor above us and we heard kids running and jumping on the bed until almost 2:00 am. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros and Cons Staff was friendly, hotel and room were clean and they had an above average breakfast that included eggs and make your own waffles. A huge negative was the bed was uncomfortable, rolled to the middle. Also, the toilet was so close to the sink that when you sat down, your elbow hit the countertop. All 3 of us experienced this. There's no way an oversized person would fit. Staff told me this is their number 1 complaint.

We received some misinformation about getting Best Western points. The manager worked very hard to help us get the points. It was above and beyond his job to do so and we are very appreciative.

the hotel located near the restaurant which I love. room was so clean and huge. there's a kitchen counter, but no dishes or utensils. if they have them, it was perfect.
