It is hard to put into words how wonderful this property and management of this property are. We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s 50th Birthday and had an amazing time. Let’s talk first about how clean and beautiful the property was, both inside and out. There was not anything out of place or dirty in the whole place. Moving on to the amenities, we have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and have never had one as well stocked as this one. Tina has thought of everything. Most impressive was the comfort of the beds. We utilized all beds and bedrooms and every guest said their beds were wonderful. Jazmin and Tina were more than accommodating and communicative and I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book it again. I would give them 10 out of five stars if I could. The pictures do not do this place justice.

Graduation stay Tina was easy to communicate with during the whole process. We did a walk thru ahead of time to look at the property to allow for planning for my daughter’s grad party. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need for an event or a relaxing stay. We had an amazing party and time staying here. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Thank you!

Wedding and extended stay Was amazing stay and had the wedding of our dreams on the beautiful property ! Tina was a great host and responded very quickly with all of needs. The house was very clean and the sanos radio throughout the house was a big plus for our reception. If your looking for a getaway with luxury i would definately recomend 99 palms!

Hated to Leave Fabulous home! Took the whole fam to Spring Training and this was the perfect house to accommodate all ages. House is incredibly well stocked with everything from games to kitchen appliances. The backyard and pool area are even better than pictured. Host was wonderful, great communication. We’ll be back soon!

Wonderful Family Getaway at 99 Palms! We had an amazing stay at 99 Palms with our family of 9, including two infants. This property is a true gem! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor space—the pool was perfect for the kids, and they had a blast with the pool toys and floaties. The grass area provided the ideal spot for family games and relaxing in the sun.

Family Reunion Our stay was AMAZING! Tina did a fantastic job with communicating and answering any questions we might have, as well as giving great recommendations for caterers. The host was stocked even better than the description let on. The kitchen had everything and more that we would ever need. Plenty of pool towel and games too! We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this place was the best we've ever stayed at! We will be back!

Great stay and Excellent Host The home and property were as advertised with lots of space both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot/pans and utensils. The pool area and yard were great. Host was quick to communicate and ensured everything was great for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at 99 Palms This was a beautiful property! Lots of room, very clean. We had fun playing ping pong and air hockey in the game room with music playing in the background. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed lounging by the pool. Property was at a great location. Everything we needed was nearby. We had zero issues with this property and owner. Wonderful communication with the owner. My mother-in-law lost her book, I told the owner and she found it and mailed it back!! Couldn't ask for anything more in a Vrbo rental. This place was much better than expected. We were in awe when we walked in. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Thanksgiving turkeys gathering! Palms 99 was a well laid out vacation rental for our Thanksgiving get together. House was well equipped with cooking gear, utensils, spices, double oven. Even had a turkey platter to adorn the table. The yard is unbeatable. We swam, hung out and sang around the fire pit. The garage, game room, kept the wee ones entertained and some of the bigger ‘kids’ too. Ping pong, air hockey, connect four…..we did not lack for entertainment. Tina was a great host. She answered quickly to any questions. I could feel her heart in wanting us to really enjoy her place. Thank you for all the fantastic memories (a thousand pictures) we got to take with us for a lifetime. I highly recommend Palms 99!! The 2024 Turkeys’

99 Palms offers a tranquil setting for your sunny AZ vacation. Events may be approved with additional pricing. Game room features foosball, ping pong, pacman arcade game table and corn hole. 2 ramadas plus BBQ around the pool. Pool can be heated and covered. Extra charge in winter months. Nestled in a neighborhood of one acre properties just 4 miles from Peoria Sports Complex that hosts Spring Training for Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Quiet hours be observed 10pm to 7am. 99 Palms is the perfect place to house an entire family or traveling groups meeting in the Phoenix area. Located 8 mins to Peoria Sports Complex, 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium, and 25 mins to Surprise Stadium. Located 5 miles from Arrowhead Mall and P83 where you can find movie theaters, fine dining and shopping. 30 minutes southeast to the airport or 30 minutes to Scottsdale if you go northeast. 2 miles to Hwy 101 and 10 min to I-17. I am happy to give tours of 99 Palms. We have had several DIY wedding weekends here at 99 Palms. Plenty of room to plan your event and it is a bonus to have some of your guests stay over. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Everyone that walks out to the pool area have all said the same thing... Wow! Huge kitchen that opens right out to the covered patio, BBQ and ramadas. Pool deck is done in travertine. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain including island, a double oven and commercial size refrigerator and freezer. Huge walk in pantry fully stocked with cooking accessories. 99 Palms is one acre of peaceful bliss. 5 bdrms, 6 full size beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, chess table and many indoor board games. Lots of activities to enjoy in the temperature controlled garage where you can play games or to retire to once quiet hours are required outdoors. We offer foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and a Pac man table with several arcade game choices. Outdoor sports like pickle ball and badminton can be set up anywhere on the property. Plus, there is a basketball hoop. Enjoy Sonos music that has musical choices from Sirius XM Radio, Pandora and Sonos or sync your phone to the 99 palms Wi-Fi and enjoy your own music that has moveable speakers located throughout the entertaining areas of the property. There are 8 smart TVs in the house, one in each bedroom, one in den and one in dining living room plus one TV is on a portable TV stand so you can enjoy your movie entertainment anywhere on the property, including in the garage, out in the barn or next to the pool. The pool is perfect with a large Baja shelf, and there are several pool toys, floaties, and life jackets. Parking is not a problem. Lots of room to park in front of house or behind the barn or along Bloomfield Road during events, I simply ask you not to block my neighbors driveways. Events (up to 80 guests)for small weddings, graduations, birthdays, retirement parties in barn or on the grass are allowed on a per person basis and must have pre approval, ADDITIONAL pricing, and outdoor grounds cleaning and damage deposits. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will be fined a minimum of $2,000.00. Please contact me for information as this house is used primarily as a vacation rental and the VRBO pricing reflects that, large gatherings are available at an extra cost.
