格倫阿登/華盛頓特區希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Glenarden Washington DC)

It was one of the worst experiences of my life I only stayed there because I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and believe me I got nothing near my money’s worth everything was clean but the bed was hard and there was plumbing issues to the point that neither the sink or the tub water went down the way it should when I took a shower I was standing in water when I washed my face or hands the sink water took forever to go down and when you charge someone almost 150 a night it shouldn’t be any problems like this so I checked out at 8am Monday morning I didn’t even stay two nights

We waited 18mins for someone to appear at the desk to check us in. The king bed was rock hard, like a box spring with no padding. The room above us must have had a herd of elephants. We constantly were awoken by thuds and stomping. Not sure where the 9 rating comes from. It was clean. But I will never stay here again.

I was in town for a church event with over 4000 people, some whom stayed at the hotel; 15 of my church members also stayed at this hotel. Whenever I travel to the area, I always stay at this location. Overall, we enjoyed our most recent stay, except for the second night. The event ended late and we got back to room around 12:15 to settle in for the night. As soon to our room, we could hear several kids yelling, laughing, jumping around and running up and down the halls. This lasted past 2am. Not sure what room there were in, but they were definitely close enough for us to hear them. It wasn’t until we met up with a few church members the next morning for breakfast, that they heard the same disturbance. By the way, my church family was staying on the below us, so that just gives an idea of how the kids were.

The hotel is very modern and seems new. It is a convenient though not charming location (our view was out the front looking at Wegman's supermarket). The front desk staff were wonderful, always available and warmly helpful. The free breakfast is very good and staff were cleaning the food containers and counters constantly. The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. My only slight quibble is that I really need a pillow top mattress and would like more than two pillows but I realize this is a very reasonably priced hotel and not a luxury resort. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

This is my second stay on my way to visit family in NY from SC. Love the area and ability to walk to Wegmans. Quiet at night. Good amenities and friendly staff

Very friendly customer service. Good hardy breakfast. Easy to get to the DC area.
