The location is excellent with shopping centre just a walking distance. Staff from Astra is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and tidy.

Comfortable stay The apartment is comfortable and clean, next to a local shopping mall. The manager was always contactable, and he was very kind to have upgraded us to the 18th floor which had a view of the local town, the mountain and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and you can do your groceries shopping at the mall below. However there is no concierge, do bring your own toiletries, tissues and toilet rolls. Designated parking is provided at the basement.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Situated right above a shopping mall made it so handy to get things we needed. Lots of dining options nearby and so close to public transport. The pool, gym and outdoor area were great additions and we used them all. Disappointed in how clean (or not clean) the apartment was. There was a layer of dust on all window frames and there was food wrappings under the couch. A basic package and kitchen equipment was provided. Extra towels provided would be great as there is nowhere to hang towels to dry and only one towel was given for each guest. Harry was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment on our arrival to show us around.
