Holiday Inn Express 巴爾的摩 - BWI機場西(Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-BWI Airport West)

Erika at the front desk was courteous. The room was clean but i noticed that the beddings in one of the bed is crumpled, but the other one is smooth. Not that it matters but it was so obvious. The breakfast buffet was superb. Theres a refreshment near the lobby to quench your thirst specially this summer was very helpful.

Hotel was a good pick for price I did love the free breakfast for kids also microwave and fridge was a major plus! Pool was smaller than I thought but we still enjoyed it especially the kids. Only thing that bothered me was the smell of our room, especially when air conditioner runs I even went to dollar tree for smell goods! Overall we did enjoy our stay polite staff, lots of stores close by I just would recommend major deep rug cleaning on carpets in room also when you walk in it smells really nice it would be great to add smell goods to the rooms!

My daughter and I came to DC for a little vacation and we decided to stay in the Baltimore area instead of DC. We were met at the front desk by Cheryl who was absolutely great. We asked about different locations to go and her suggestions where we should go were on point, including places to eat. She took the time to show us different places in the area where we would get the most bang for the time we had. Every day when we saw her, she would ask how are trip was going, what we were doing and what we had done, making sure that we didn't miss the things that we wanted. We took the shuttle every day to the Amtrak/MARC station and the drivers were really friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area as well. In the afternoon, we would call the hotel and they would send the shuttle to pick us up for the evening. They would even bring us to area restaurants and then bring us back after we ate. Breakfast every morning was a pretty good selection of pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, etc... The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and everyone that worked there that we had an encounter with, was pleasant, professional and helpful. There are a variety of different restaurants in the area, including a Denny's that is attached to the hotel. If you are looking for a spot to stay, whether it is overnight or for vacation, you have to stay here!!

I am upset with *******. Tried call 6 times through 3 different numbers and was told my last four numbers on my checking account would not allow them to get into my account. Also my booking number would not allow them to get into my account. I was booked in two places the same night. Now I have been charged by Holiday Express for for 3 nights because I could not cancel the booking at *******. I need to hear from someone.

This was a really nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast, lots of choices. Only one thing missing - hair dryer!!!!! jWith all the other amenities in the room, why was this one skipped over?

Called to check in because we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was comfortable. Beds were nice, ac worked great. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good, considering that many hotels I’ve been to since Covid have offered a meek selection. This hotel had plenty of delicious hot breakfast options!
