We have been coming here for for nearly 20 years now. Its a great quiet space, beautiful mountain views, lots of amenities. The rooms could use an update, a few small cosmetic issues, but nothing majorly disappointing. they have added a lot of nice new outdoor recreational areas, the pools are immaculate. and the location is great, just close enough to everything.

The pictures posted online are not an accurate depiction of the room, seemed to have been taken years prior. Regardless, the stay was comfortable. Only real issues were cleanliness. Odd smell when using the jets on the jacuzzi, didn't use it again after. Beehive on the porch and many dead bugs in the screen of most windows, there were was a large accumulation. Some blinds are broke and do not close all the way. Screens also had lots of dust on them. The TV is also at an odd angle and makes watching from the sofa or bed uncomfortable.
Aside from these somewhat minor issues, it was a good stay and I'd be pressed to find a better resort for the price

I love the Nordic Village set up, balkony with the mountain view, outdoor heated swimming pools, sound and steam room. We were not able to enjoy the fire-pit, pond, sheep and trails due to the poor weather conditions. Our apartment was a bit outdated but our stay was great and I recommend this property. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

The Chateau is the newer, updated area abd very beautiful. For the price you feel like kings and queens. Very spacious and amazing views and amenities. My only complaint is the indoor area for pool is small and the kids there were rude while parents did nothing but sit with their phone. My bf and I were told the deep end of the pool was for them abd to go in the shallow end or somewhere else so they could dive and play. It was annoying. Other than that it was a very relaxing time there.

Nice, but for off season prices.
The staff was really helpful. Our first room had a bunch of hornets and they upgraded us to a nicer room for free. But both rooms were outdated and in need of some cosmetic repairs. I wouldn’t pay peak season prices to stay there.

We got a free upgrade to a château when I booked a top view mountain room. Room was exceptional. Staff was courteous. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back again. I highly recommend this is my first day at the property and it will not be my last

They have the location, facilities, beautiful mountain views and good prices, but everything is aging, in decay. Needs renovation and repair, but we still enjoyed our stay.
