the worst ever visit. I'm currently staying in this hotel, when i checked in, the room was not done: towels are missing, no showergel, nothing. Everything is missing in the room. I filed a proper complaint to the front receptionist, was promised staff will look into the situation, but when I'm back nothing was fixed--things are still missing. Passive attitude from both the receptionists and the managers. Extremely unprofessional, definitely won't recommend anyone staying. And they dare to call themselves a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable. I'll continue filing for complaint until I receive a proper compensation.

Me and my husband stayed here for my 30th birthday we had a lovely room very modern and clean, it had everything we needed including an iron, hairdryer tea and coffee! The views weren’t fantastic but you are in the city centre so it was fine, the reception staff were fantastic, they gave us some great recommendations and advised us with the car park which is directly opposite the hotel and once validated is charged at £8 for 24 hours, we stayed for 3 nights over the Easter bank holiday, the breakfast was plentiful and there was a good variety again the staff were very helpful and cheerful, I would definitely stay here again, also it’s a great location right by Buchanan street and all the bars shops and restaurants.

We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.
