抵達下午茶后，我先前要求坐在更放鬆的酒吧/起居室區域的請求被拒絕（還看到書中有一個數字在我麪前front草，然後換成另一個。）然後我們被安排在忙碌中飯廳附近的不斷通道。我們要求搬家，並被放置在一個稍微安靜的隔壁房間裏，那裡的工作人員從午餐服務處收集了遺體和臟盤子，工作人員/技術人員站在附近正在談論旅館業務的小組中！不開心！ 食物很快就到了，但是飲料和溫熱的茶花了一個永恆的時間！此後，再也沒有任何工作人員再次與我們聯繫，直到在入口處再次等待無人值守的情況下才解決未付帳單，然後再離開！ 下午茶本身遠遠低於麪值。沒有實際的三明治，每人衹有一小塊奶油蛋卷，一小塊蔬菜餡餅和唯一的特色菜；哈吉斯香腸卷。一小撮我本來會更幸福！ 在甜美的一麪，沒有任何形狀或形式的海綿蛋糕或t，衹有幾種冰鎮軟糖形狀，巧克力甘納許風格的甜點，世界上最小的碎肉派，甚至還有一些冰糖（為什麼？）-我都品嘗了例如，除了牙齒-打破糖果，但幾乎沒有所有的第一次品嘗后。我有一顆愛吃甜食的牙齒，但是就我自己而言，它們都太甜了，味道或質地無法定義，並且在等待了很長時間的液體清爽之後，不幸在熱量中融化成糊狀！烤餅也不是什麼特別的東西，看起來也不是超級新鮮-博恩瑪曼果醬太甜了，而且缺少切開凝結的奶油所需的至關重要的濃郁果味！ 我給體驗10分中的2分，這是因為在我正確地抱怨質量和服務后，他們放棄了酒水賬單！ 我不會再回來了，因為我確定我可以在附近找到更好的下午茶。非常失望。

Avoid room 10 at all costs!!! A very disappointing ‘hotel’ (I use that word loosely) with zero amenities and no staff anywhere to be found except for late at night. Even then, the single person working could not find any milk when I requested it and failed to leave some by my room in the morning as offered. I know that staff were reduced due to the pandemic, but all other hotels I have stayed in had at least someone to welcome you and see to it that questions and requests were dealt with. The front doors are locked 24/7 - yes, even during the day, This should be listed on airbnb, not as a hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed “due to COVID”, even though all COVID restrictions are now lifted. The room cost £80 per night which is extremely expensive for what was in fact just a tiny, noisy room with none of the expected benefits of being in a hotel. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't bend down to wash my feet in the shower! I couldn't wash in the basin as the toiletry shelf was in the way. The plumbing must be as old as the house because the noise was horrendous. I booked this ‘hotel’ because it looked far more glamorous in the photos than it really is. I could have had a bigger, more comfortable, quiet room safe in the knowledge that there are staff on reception for half the price at a premier inn - and with a king size bed. If I had been alone in the room I would not have felt safe. This was like a low budget B&B with no access to anything other than the room itself. I will definitely not book again. At no point did I feel that the hotel was welcoming or that I was safe. I simply cannot understand why there were no reception staff at all and no bar or breakfast availability. I also paid a £50 deposit for what, I really do not know. I will be watching to see if that gets returned.

整體還可以。位置在市中心，逛街方便。畢竟是大酒店品牌，基本的東西沒問題。有三點不好體驗：1.服務：英國這邊是下午三點入住。我是1點到的，一個年輕小伙接待，死活不讓我辦入住，說一定要等到3點。我去，我坐了30多小時的飛機了唉。沒辦法，疲憊得等。結果發現別的人來了就直接入住。我就試着找另一個，看起來像主管的人，直接辦。結果，人家啥也沒問就給辦了。給我氣的。白讓我乾耗近一個小時。太勢力了。2. 空調吹出來的風總是有種化學品的味道，關了吧冷，開着有味。3. 健身房有個體重秤，去了一看沒有數字，服務員說沒電了。又說了好幾句我沒聽懂。第二天去還是沒有電，換了個服務員，還是說沒有電了。第三天去，乾脆，把秤拿走了。我也是無語了。

We checked into this hotel expecting the room to look like the photos advertised on their website. In reality, it did not. We were booked into Room 12 which is in the basement of the hotel. The room had a damp and musty smell. The bathroom door hit the edge of one of the beds when you opened and closed it. One of the teacups had tea stains in it. The window in the bathroom did not have a curtain and although there it was frosted, you could see the hotel workers sitting across the way when they were having their break. If you were taking a shower, they could probably see into the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom shower stall. The worst thing in this room was the large emergency LED trouble light which was about 24 inches long and so bright it lit the room up like a neon sign when you were trying to sleep. To the hotel's credit, I talked to the owner and the maintenance person about how dissatisfied we were with the accommodation and the next morning we were switched to Room 103 on the main floor. They apologized for the inconvenience and the condition of Room 12. The room was much more spacious and the bathroom double the size. There was a large window in the room that opened on one side and the other side could be opened too but the handle to crank the window had broken and fallen onto the ground outside. The room looked out towards a lane and a row of garbage cans. There was still some mold in this shower stall but it was nowhere as bad as Room 12 in the basement. This hotel was booked fully the whole time we were there. I think the biggest draw for this hotel is the proximity to the Byres Road which is near the Botanic Gardens. It is located in the West End, which is lined with boutique shops, bakeries, pubs, and eateries. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I am shocked that it has had rave reviews but I guess the location trumps everything else. If you book this hotel, call them and try to avoid any rooms in the basement if you can. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator and if you have mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep.

從去年我走進來詢問我們的婚禮,我可以說什麼?斯科特,他的團隊非常棒,每次我見到斯科特,我感覺他就像我親密的朋友一樣,從第一天起他就非常棒那天,他的員工幫不了我們,我所能說的一切都很出色,甚至還穿着化妝發短信給他,他爲孩子們喝了飲料,招待會上的一位大人,我不得不在演講結束時對他說謝謝羅比,我們也留下來了作爲丈夫、妻子和馬丁、斯科特的額外一晚令人驚奇,確保我們擁有了我們需要的一切,參加婚禮的每個人都說他們度過了一段美妙的時光,非常可愛,也很高興他們的早餐,結帳時間我被毀了一切都結束了,但我知道的一件事就是,我會在萊昂納多度過一個晚上,因爲他們從開始到結束照顧你,最重要的是,我在斯科特做了一個好朋友,我還在給他發短信
