EEVAC_Our trip to the Z hotel was very much a picture of great service, we were checked in patiently and promptly. Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology.
Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.
訪訪客用戶Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back.
FFarida NoriAll in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm.
Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking.
Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.
