It was a very poor travel experience, firstly the staff attitude was very rude, there was no staff at the door of the flat and we were hung up on after calling without a clear code to get into the building, secondly the room was too noisy, due to staying on the top floor, flocks of seagulls screamed on the roof all night causing me to stay awake all night, there was someone outside the door made some noise at 6 am. As I had booked this hotel for 3 days, I emailed customer service to ask for a different room, however, the staff replied that if I thought it was noisy, I should bring my earplugs, and even though I checked on booking that the rooms were still available for the next 2 days, the staff replied that the apartment was full. Finally, there were many stains on the carpet, which made the whole room very unclean. I would advise all of you to choose this hotel with caution, because I feel unbearable after only staying for one night and choose other hotels.
