很有蘇格蘭風格的設計元素，酒店設施齊全，雖然有些年代感，但夠用就行，温馨乾淨，洗手間的瓷磚出奇的白凈整潔，也有暖氣和暖水壺，酒店還贈送許多的咖啡和各式沖飲，考慮十分周到，整體是超預期的體驗，很不錯，會推薦

飯店很棒，地理位置優越，非常適合我們入住。可惜的是，我們住的房間很熱，所以我們決定開窗，但整晚暖氣、空調之類的（我不確定是哪個）的嗡嗡聲都吵得我們睡不好。對面的公園很適合跑步。早餐很棒，所有員工都非常樂於助人。我會再入住，只是不開窗！感謝所有友善的員工。

Damp and cold. Duvet is old and the cover stains. Floor is uneven and the carpet looks really dirty. Around 11pm, a big moth came in and flew all over. I and my mother lost sleep almost all night. But the cleanliness of the bathroom is much more better and satisfying. Breakfast choice is not abundant but adequate, given the price we are quite satisfied with the breakfast. People are nice. Easy to check-in and checkout, I would recommend to use cash as deposit.

沒有微波加熱、寄放行李的櫃子很少

Nice stay. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was dust on the trim above the tiles but everything else was clean. We arrived down for breakfast 30 minutes before it finished and there were only beans, tomatoes and mushrooms for the English breakfast. We asked if there would be more food coming out and they said yes in 5 minutes. They only took out scrambled eggs so we asked about bacon, black pudding and sausages. 10 minutes later they took out bacon and black pudding. We asked about the sausages and they then went and cooked 4 sausages for us. We were last in the restaurant and got our breakfast more than 30 minutes after arriving for a buffet style meal. At £20 per person I expected a better service.

有老鼠出沒，傳播疾病，老鼠居然猖獗到在白天及亮燈狀態上出沒，被拍到，見行李箱下面，紅色綁帶左面。現在想起還覺噁心。

A perfect stay.  Comfy bed, modern clean bathroom and the clan tartan explanation on the wall was a lovely touch.  Terrific breakfast buffet with staff who could not do enough for you.  Kieran at reception was kind and helpful.  The app didn’t mention that £100 deposit is required and takes 2-4wks to return on the credit card. So we chose to pay it by cash and get it back the next day.  The hotel is close to great eateries and walking distance to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum.  Highly recommend!

Reasonably priced in a good location. Our room was clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fab in a lovely restaurant space. Only small complaint would be, we arrived at 2pm and they wouldn’t check us in till 3pm, we had to come back. Initial service and first impression weren’t good. However overall this hotel ticked all the boxes, I would stay again and I would recommend.

高峯時期沒有熱水，屬於硬件設施缺陷，無法通過維修解決。吹風機插座沒電，房間電話未接通，無法直接打到前台。格拉人民是熱情的，這個酒店硬件是破爛的。距離格大很近，公交車方便，門口走兩步有餐廳和超市，比較方便。

Nice cozy hotel, stuff are friendly and nice. Close to the gallery and museum nearby. Quiet neighbourhood. Had a nice sleep.

Wonderful location in the West end and friendly staff working at the front desk. Breakfast was great with excellent customer service provided by Linda.

很乾凈，安靜，尤其衞生間超預期，窗外可以看到松鼠

性價比高，對硬件設施有要求的請繞路，畢竟都是百年建築，適合獨行。早餐廳佈置精緻小巧，營養和吃飽沒問題。
