I like its convenience to the station and some shops. I've been staying there off and on for 60 years. The rooms with views to the south are best.
The air-conditioner's setting could not be changed (something wrong there?) and there was a water leak that made the bathroom floor wet throughout.
I like the generous supply of towelling etc. Sorry no breakfast!

there should be a microwave
Good place to stay but there is something noise like flashing a toilet even though no one using it .
other than that its all good for the price.
