Most disgusting property even doesn't worth of 1000 rupees per night whereas I booked Elegance category and paid Apprx 4600 per night. Worst mattress with loose springs gave back pain 2 days, AC was not working till midnight, washroom was also in disgusting condition having stains on comboard sheet. location is very out still not maintained and making fool their guest. staff behavior was good but overall experience was highly worst and in simple words the property's owners are looting the guests on the name of providing rooms on thus rate and they must shutdown the property if can't manage it properly. Added breakfast was just for name with option of toast, poha and tea coffee only. Door lock was even repaired after our check in when I told the staff that it's not locking.

Hotel Daksh came highly recommended from a local who has used them for food, wedding, etc. and had a wonderful experience. Sadly, we were quite disappointed. After coming from Taj and similar hotels from other places, Daksh was a let-down. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the larger rooms had a swing inside which my kids loved. However, there was mold and rust, bathroom smelled really bad, fridge was dirty, and Wifi was non-existent. Even the lift didn't work sometimes. Breakfast options were available but only Indian food and the coffee was really bad. Service was prompt and good, and they refilled coffee, tea, etc., and responded fast to requests, but the rooms really need to be updated and cleaned well. I would have preferred to stay at a newer hotel where the rooms are modern and better, and while the rooms here were very big and it had ample space to put our suitcases and things, it was not clean and maintained enough for us to want to go there again.

We had a good two days stay. The property has a very peaceful and calm vibe with well appointed rooms .The view from the balcony was great. The staff were cordial and food was great. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel Staff not good.. not understand how to talk guest very bad service like food Hotel staff .. u want to suggest all baking staff don't stay in this hotel

Good : The amenities were pretty good. Clean room and bathroom. Decent food and room service. We broke a cup but they didn't mind that, I really appreciate that Bad : Night Receptionist was very unprofessional, not at all humble. Even after reminding them, they didn't give room essentials for 3 people.

Very bad staff, room were very untidy no cleanliness and lot of insects Even they are charging 45/- rupees for 20/- bisleri water bottle. After breakfast I asked for 10gm poha for my 1.5 year daughter, staff said sir breakfast 1 baar me le sakte h, if you out 1 time then can’t take anything.
