Worst on everything. This hotel only there to make money Please stay at anyplace but not here. If i can rate this hotel in negative i will give -1000 for it. Shame on you guys. The restaurant at Bliss Hotel offers some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff is rude, inattentive, and completely untrained in handling guests. Orders take an unreasonably long time to arrive, and even then, they're often incorrect or poorly prepared. Requests for assistance are ignored, and the overall attitude of the staff suggests a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction. Cleanliness is also an issue, with dirty tables and utensils being a common sight. Dining here is a frustrating experience that ruins the mood, and it’s clear that the management prioritizes profits over providing quality service. Only "No No" to this hotel.

The room was stinking linen has bad dour and the room service was pathetic also the front desk was rude not helpful. One of our member slipped due to the wet floor as there was indications of cleaning in progress. All very poor hospitality and had bad experience. We would never recommend this hotel

I did same day check in at 6 am and cheek out at 8 pm of 23/11/2024. I have to pay additional payment of 500 inr for early cheek in. One of staff was not good. He was stoking me. Although i asked him make a distance from me. I have not complained about this to resption.

Location was nice, amenities ok, but the behaviour & reception was absolutely third grade. In future we will not try to repeat our stay there. Or cannot recommend to others.

According to price this is too much expensive and no response from hotel catering services just like water service
