Cozy Mountain Cabin 1 Hour from Denver Backs up to National Forest EV Charging!

The cabin was designed for you to get away, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. The 700 sq/ft cabin may be small, but it is mighty! We have purposely created a space with *no TV* so you can unwind and decompress, but of course, internet is available on the property for your own devices. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are one space allowing for intimate time together. The large bedroom has a king bed (with Leesa mattress) and a fold out twin bed. There is also another fold out twin bed in the living room. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee or late night drinks. In the winter, curl up in front of the wood stove after a day of skiing or exploring. Access to National Forest is directly from the property at the back gate allowing you to enjoy hiking and biking in the summer and fall and in the winter enjoy nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and more. **NEW UPDATE STARTING JUNE 2025** Exterior outlet for EV Charging! Bring your vehicle’s charging cord and plug in at our dedicated charging outlet. Living Room includes: - comfortable vegan leather couch - grey sitting chair (that folds out to twin bed) - Jotul wood stove insert Kitchen/Dining includes: - seating for 4 - full size refrigerator - gas stove/oven - full sized dishwasher - plates/cups/silverware - spice rack - coffee and tea station - bar/cocktail station - popular kitchen utensils Bathroom: - shower only (no tub) - stacked washer/dryer - few essential items Bedroom: - king bed with Leesa mattress - brown sitting chair - grey sitting chair (that folds out to twin bed) - nightstands - charging station/table near closet The deck: - two lounge chairs (summer only) - dining table/chairs (summer only) - gas grill with cooking utensils (year round) The yard: - large, flat yard with gated access to hundreds of acres of National Forest - the yard is fully fenced in with a front and rear gate In the winter months (Oct-April) flannel sheets are provided on the bed. In the summer months (April - Oct) cotton sheets are provided on the bed.
