吉列蔚景溫德姆飯店- 近 CAM-PLEX(Wingate by Wyndham Gillette Near Cam-Plex)

After checking in, we went to our room to find that it had not been cleaned. We checked in about 3hrs after the check in time. Called Wingate and they transferred me to a complaint service person, in which they hung up on me before being able to even speak with anyone.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The bathroom in the first room was disgusting. The second room had paint peeling on the tub, no remote. Hotel is old, outdaded, understaffed. Breakfast was meh. Front desk girl was also taking care of breakfast. General manager is MIA and won't talk to guests on request. We stayed at this hotel because it had good reviews and were highly disappointed. The only good thing it had was their front desk staff. They kept their cool and were helpful and accommodating for the most part.

Checked into the hotel a little bit early at 2:40pm- I was told the room may not be ready and it wasn’t, so we left. No issues since we were early. Came back at 5:45pm and our room was still not cleaned. The front desk asked us to give them 5 minutes and they would have it clean. We found a room elsewhere because we were so grossed out - the room was completely dirty with bedding rolled up on the floor- and they told us they could clean in 5 minutes? No thanks!

I loved everything check in was great the staff were wonderful in evwry way and just assisting us very well. My famiky and i enjoyed are stay. We will definitely return here and not bad on pricing it was enjoyable 😉

The hotel is not well maintained. The door to my room would only latch when I put my full body weighty into it. The side door lock was broken allowing anyone to walk into the hotel. The desk clerk was not friendly and would rather snicker with other employees than interact with guest. The breakfast was poorly stocked and the cleanliness was questionable. Also, I believe an employee tried to burglarize my room. Despite the “do not disturb” sign being on the door, she tried to enter my room during early evening hours. She was shocked to find me in the room and ran away when confronted.

Asked if there were non-pet rooms. He assured me I was getting a non-pet room. There was literally dog hair all over the bathroom floor. My husband tried to clean some of it up. There was also a tick on the shower wall. It smelled of dogs.

Bathroom was dirty and tub dod not drain well and backed up…it was gross and the bathroom had mold in shower. Beds were very comfy though. Air conditioning would not stay on.

This is a very well kept and clean hotel that had everything to make our stay enjoyable.

The room we were in had water damaged walls that were flacking off. The breakfast was gone before 8am.
