The word terrible is just the start of how I will describe the condition of this hotel and the room they offered. Thank goodness for the Manager who worked hard to help try and get me a refund from ******* on this deal. I'm still waiting on that. But I know for a fact she didn't change us anything for the reservation cancellation. She also worked for over a half hour on the phone in the gauntlet that is *******'s 3rd party reservation system to try and make sure that we we're not charged. The fact is if this refunded doesn't show up (because we didn't stay, the picture of the room was a total misrepresentation, and the fact I made another reservation through ******* while standing in the lobby of this hotel for the next 2 nights at a nearby hotel). I will be closing my ******* account once and for all. As much as I love the many positiv benefits ******* offers; their system is so horrible and unresponsive to this kind of situation! The shame here is all on Hilton though, for having a place like this with there name on it! Honestly I can't hardly believe it even though I experienced it first hand! I've never have seen a picture of a room so ill matched to the condition of the condition and look of a room! Wow (in the bad way!).
