西西里 SPA 飯店(Sicilia Hotel Spa)

Ottimo hotel. Camere confortevoli, pulite, letti comodi e ambienti ben insonorizzati. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Siamo stati due giorni per usufruire di un cofanetto Smartbox ma non escluso un possibile ritorno essendo la struttura in posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi limitrofi. Molto bella la spa con personale preparato e professionale. La ragazza addetta ai massaggi è stata eccezionale. Discreta la colazione. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire del ristorante. Un'ottima scusa per ritornarci! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottima location, belle le camere dove il riposo e' perfetto, in quanto prive di ogni qualsivoglia rumore. Bellissima la Spa annessa e il ristorante (Giardino d'inverno), pietanze ottime, ben realizzate e ben servite!!! Colazione ricca e personale disponibile alle esigenze del cliente.

Struttura centrale e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. Staff alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Piscina esterna ben curata, attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar per l'aperitivo, ottimo. Colazione varia con prodotti freschi, la ragazza in servizio davvero carina e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante abbiamo pernottato una sola notte.

Hotel semplice, nella media. Buon punto di appoggio, camere ordinarie e comode, senza particolari fronzoli. Si trova sulla statale, di fronte ad una stazione di servizio. Non ho fruito di piscina esterna e Spa. Prezzi mediamente più bassi di altre strutture in zona.

Abbiamo fatto un percorso benessere che nel compesso giudico appena sufficiente rispetto al costo. La spa dimensionata alle persone presenti, forse le temperature ambientali non proprio rilassanti soprattutto uscendo dalla sauna non dal bagno turco quest'ultimo forse non ha temperatura ideale come l'idromassaggio,spogliatoi piccoli in due si fa fatica...forse l utilizzo ideale sarebbe solo per le persone in soggiorno in struttura,a fine percorso ci è stato offerto in sala relax (anche questa un poco fredda) della frutta con dello spumante gesto molto apprezzabile.

We enjoyed our stay at SHS! Great location with private parking. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating.  Special Thanks to Pierre Paola who was of u**ost help when we remembered that we forgot valuables in our room’s safe!! She assured us that everything was found and kept our belongings safe till we picked them up👏👏👏♥️! Gracie Mille🙏🏻👏👏!

Couldn’t of had a better time, the hotel was beautiful, the spa was amazinggg and the food was delicious!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure you had everything you need! can’t wait to come back!

This is absolutely fab hotel & Spa, I stayed here for 5 nights the hospitality of the staff are amazing if I needed anything they where so happy to help they exceeded my expectations. The hotel rooms are lovely and clean with Wi Fi and all the things you would expect & more. The chef! all i can say is Wow! he makes the most delicious food. I ate in the hotel every night and I was always impressed at how the food was presented and the taste, they also have a nice wine selection to compliment different foods which is a bonus. If you are looking for a Spa, well look no further it has everything a spa should have this is definitely the place to go, not only does it look amazing but they also have a variety of trea**ents. I had good few trea**ents and they are fantastic & the they use the best products available, you can even buy these if you like the product. I have been to a lot of spas and I must say this is one of the best spas I have ever been too, again the staff are lovely they made me feel special. I have booked to go back in April. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you everybody at the hotel for making me feel welcome especially when I travelled alone.

RESTAURANT HOTEL pas loin dU VOLCAN L'ETNA , très bon accueil du personnel à l'écoute du client. Endroit où l'on se sent bien, proche du volcan L'ETNA MAGNIFIQUE à gravir. Grande chambre moderne, propre, bonne literie. Bon Restaurant. Parking gratuit Je retournerai dans cet hôtel, je recommande cet établissement Joseph Manetta 73 FRANCE
