達芙妮別墅飯店(Villa Daphne)

Très bonne hotel au top, bien accueillis par la reception ,hotel tres propre es beau. Chambre impecable ,le soir au restaurant choix entre 3 entrées et 3 plats et un dessert de choix. Bravo au chef 👍. Service et serveur au top , gracie nino ! Hotel bien situee avec un arret bus a 50 mètres qui vous emmènera dans differente direction. Au choix de visite guidee d un jour les bus sont au meme endroit. N hésiter pas a Demander a la reception les differentes visite proposer. Perso nous en avons fait 3 et rien n a dire. et a 10’ a pied de la ville de giardini naxos. Bravo a tous le team 👏 arrivederci alla prossima grazie a tutti Veronique & gino (208)

Vorrei mettere zero ma purtroppo non mi è possibile. Ci siamo recati in questa villa per un diciottesimo compleanno, festeggiato interamente al buio ( per via del caldo da diversi giorni a Catania si assiste purtroppo a questo evento ) nonostante ciò loro si giustificano dicendo che non avrebbero immaginato potesse accadere anche a Mascalucia. Per giunta la proprietaria si scusa a modo suo chiedendo comunque dei soldi per lo svolgimento della “serata”. Vergogna ! Avete rovinato un giorno importante, che accade una sola volta nella vita, ad un ragazzo per la vostra poca professionalità ma soprattutto impreparazione!!! Inaccettabile , tutte le ville o luoghi dove comunque viene data la possibilità di poter festeggiare eventi, sono provviste e pronte a qualsiasi situazione ! ( sono entrate quindi in possesso di gruppi elettrogeni ). Sconsiglio vivamente, umanità zero e con tutta onestà una “Villa” normalissima. A questi prezzi troverete sicuramente molto di meglio e strutture molto più organizzate e SERIE altrove. Non denominatevi “ville” per eventi solo perché avete una piscina ed un giardino. Adesso probabilmente la proprietaria commenterà giustificandosi, giustificando qualcosa che è inaccettabile. Vergognatevi e basta. Come minimo al vostro posto a parte scusarvi per il disagio per lo meno non dovevate avere la faccia di chiedere un euro. Se avete sostenuto dei costi, non è colpa nostra se siete impreparati e sprovvisti di altro. Potrei scrivere in infinito mi fermo qui.

Un hôtel excellemment tenu. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et attentionné. Les prestations sont excellentes. Notre chambre standard était grande, bien aménagée, avec balcon, très propre. Petit déjeuner varié avec fruits frais, pains et viennoiseries divers, fromages et charcuteries du pays, oeufs bacon légumes...les dîners sont bons, on a 3 choix d'entrées et de plats, mais ils sont accommodants si on souhaite autre chose. L'hôtel est très bien situé, pas loin du centre et de la mer, mais au calme. Près d'un arrêt de bus permettant de rejoindre pas mal de destinations. L'hôtel dispose d'un garage sécurisé et d'une piscine. Belle terrasse agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner ou s'y poser. Vraiment un super séjour.

В этом отеле очень уютная атмосфера.Спокойно,тихо.Прекрасный персонал отеля начиная с девушек на ресепшен и заканчивая работниками ресторана.Вкусная еда.Добрый и гостеприимный хозяин отеля.Чисто убирали номер ежедневно.Море в 10 минутах ходьбы.Хочется вернуться в этот отель!

Nonostante qualche perplessità in agenzia abbiamo trovato una bella Sorpresa: Cucina Favolosa, Personale Cordialissimo e Simpaticissimo, Tranquillità, Camere molto Beelle... merita tantissimo... faremo un'ottima pubblicità

Quoi dire l'un des top 3 de notre périple, je pense même que je le mets en Numéro 1. Tout était parfait très bon accueil avec plein de gentillesse et de conseils. Propreté extraordinaire, chambre très agréable seul reproche... un peu petite . Petit déjeuner servi à table très complet prise de commande selon votre humeur et envies très... très bon. Personnel remarquable à l'image du directeur de l'établissement qui supervise la situation sans gêner son personnel. Parking 10€ par jour sous l'hotel ..un peu chaud pour y rentrer et ressortir car forte pente, mais faisable. Diner pris à l'hôtel quel bon gout nous avons eu !Délicieux du début à la fin tout était recherché avec de bons produits locaux. Seul bémol ..un peu cher si nous avons la chance d'y retourner c'est là que nous y reviendrons.....

My daughter Lucia and I stayed at this gorgeous hotel in April 2024. The owner (whom we nicknamed Al Pacino) was very welcoming, professional and friendly with a great sense of humour. All the staff were extremely helpful, but a special shout out to Claudia who was always smiling and super helpful. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean (cleaned every day) beds were really comfortable and plenty of storage space, double wardrobe and drawers. We had rooms on the second floor overlooking the pool and gardens which was lovely. Free safe deposit and air conditioning was a welcome change. You really could not ask for more at breakfast, there was hot food as well as cold meats, cheeses etc, along with delicious pastries and cake. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night which was nice. Other restaurants are within a five-to-ten-minute walking distance. We met three lovely ladies, Carilyn, Anna-Marie and Ellie who really made our holiday with plenty of laughs (still missing you all at breakfast) I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to others and hope to revisit one day. A great big thank you to all of you who made our holiday so memorable.

This hotel is outstanding - beautiful boutique hotel, gardens, pool and the food and drink quality and service amazing. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean and all with quiet balcony to admire view of pool. The staff were even better - family run, super friendly, helpful and fun. Choice at breakfast was fantastic and changed every day. Can’t praise this hotel enough and the location so handy next to bus stop for Taormina in 10 minutes or Catania Airport in under an hour. One minute walk to a lovely selection of bustling restaurants or seafront with soft sandy beaches - much better than pebbles of Taormina and much more economical. Can’t wait to return!!!
