I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to Lemon Tree Hotel Kaushambhi for a wedding reception on 19th April,24 ( Rahul and Har****a's ) While at the buffet, I found that there were no breads available. The staff member attending the buffet advised me to wait at my table while he arranged for the breads to be served there. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes with no sign of the breads, I approached a gentle*** named Rohit (I believe he was a supervisor or ***ager) who was wearing a lemon-colored shirt. I explained the situation to Rohit, mentioning that I had been waiting for the breads for quite some time. To my surprise, instead of addressing the issue promptly, he walked me back to the buffet area, which was around 30 steps away from my table, and simply pointed out the breads, instructing me to take them myself. This was particularly frustrating for me as I was limping due to a medical issue in my leg which was evident. I found Rohit's behavior to be dismissive and very unprofessional. As a guest, I expect a little bit of courtesy if not a great service . I strongly believe that such behavior is not in line with the standards of any Star category hotel. This incident has forced me to doubt the credibility of the Brand.
