One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many good hotels in Israel and around the world. First of all, it is luxurious, beautiful, very well-appointed rooms, cleanliness above all, breakfast is served outside the hotel in a restaurant on the promenade, a 3-minute walk there, high-quality breakfast, the service at the reception was amazing, always available to help. The hotel is located on the promenade of Rishon Lezion, a very central place, with food stalls, restaurants, cafes, a "farmers" market. We really enjoyed it. Thank you nisim and all the stuff. We will definitely go back there.

My wife and I had a horrible experience with this hotel's reception and manager. The reception person would not honor the price we received in writing from *******. Several days later, I called the manager, Nissim, and after emailing him the written confirmation from *******, he still would not refund the money that was wrongly charged! I emailed Nissim Expedia's confirmation that said, "Total amount: 692.31 ILS (Taxes included)". When making the reservation on *******, we listed our residence as Israel (so Israel's taxes were already included and paid), and the manager confirmed that our Israel residence was listed in the reservation. Shame on you folks at Rephael House Boutique Hotel! We will never stay at your hotel again. All this because you wouldn't do the right thing and return the measly amount of 118 ILS!!!
