The property is blessed with nature, each tower is surrounded by tress and have great view. plus the waterfall behind is worth visiting.

We stayed in Arboreal resort on a weekend in June . Resort is accessible only by off-roading . So you need to leave your vehicle away from the resort in the parking area . Loved our stay here . Rooms are absolutely breath taking . Food is good . It just takes a while to prepare . So I suggest place your orders in advance . Perfect for someone who wants to experience living in a forest .

I wish i had the option to give this resort minus rating ... Fraud place fraud management .. they take the booking amount and then they say the room is not booked . And then they say take any action we dont care we are local here .. oscar joseph is fraud the whole resort is a scam...!!!!!!

I recently visited a resort with a mix of good and bad experiences. Journey to the Resort: I took an Uber costing Rs. 1568 to reach the resort. The resort team had contacted me a day before and asked me to inform them 20 km before arrival, which I did. They provided a parking location 5 km from the resort where their vehicle would pick us up. Unfortunately, the Uber driver dropped us 400 meters away from the parking spot due to the bad road conditions. Upon arrival, a welcoming staff member greeted us and took us to the resort by jeep, waiting for another guest before we left. The Resort: The resort itself was excellent, built entirely of wood with a suspended bridge leading to the reception. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The villa (treehouse) was well-maintained, air-conditioned, and had a scenic view, making it perfect for nature lovers. The room had a spacious layout with a bathtub on the balcony, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. Dining and Activities: There was some confusion regarding the trekking schedule. Initially, we were informed there was no trek that day, but later told about a 5:30 PM trek which we missed. However, we managed to join the morning trek, which was an excellent experience, thanks to our guide. The food was exceptional, earning a five out of five, especially the hot coffee, hot chocolate, chicken 65, and sandwiches. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, including idli, sambar, fruits, bread, upma, paratha with curd, and chicken nuggets. The availability of Wi-Fi, though not strong enough for streaming, was a nice touch for staying connected. Departure and Transportation Issues: The most disappointing part was the departure. The resort quoted Rs. 4500 for a return trip, which was shocking as it was three times the cost of our one-way journey. Despite my wife not feeling well, we had no other option but to agree. Upon meeting the driver, he was upset to learn I had transferred the money to the resort’s manager. The actual driver only received Rs. 3000 and was unhappy about the reduced amount. This caused significant stress as he wanted us to switch to a smaller vehicle mid-way, despite having paid for an SUV. Eventually, after much pleading, he agreed to take us to Pune. In summary, while the resort itself and the stay were enjoyable, the transportation arrangements were poorly handled and left a bad taste. I recommend future visitors to bring their own vehicle or arrange transportation directly to Lonavala to avoid similar issues. The resort staff should be more transparent and fair with their transportation costs to avoid feeling scammed.

I am myself from travel industry.. Looks only good in pictures put up by the management... Thought will try this new setup... But the first and foremost the resort last 4km is off roading so u cannot drive ur car down unless u wana break ur car... They come to pick u up but need to wait for at least 1/2 hrs... The room offered looked good but the room is not insulated as the heat is scorching and the ac fitted really did not do its job as they have all Glass walls it not at all curtained to Matain privacy of persons staying in as they are windows n door with no curtains... And it's so bright that u will definitely never get sleep (so if planning do carry ur eye mask) * very irratating.... The beds are super soft looks like they just put put cushion.. Will definitely give a back ache... Also the furniture is squuekky made by the a lot of irratating noise ... Also the bathroom have open un protected windows with no covering as it's a jungle area snakes or creatures can easily seakin The bathroom door only have a latch on the top so if kids are ***** they will never reach and be able to lock it... Food was OK that was served.... Pool is a plunge pool but not maintained... There are these Ac units right on the pool that give no peace when u wanna take a dip... Had to chkout within 2hrs without any concideration or refund from the management... Will never recommend to anyone... On the whole very very unprofessional setup.

The best thing about the place was its far away from the noisy city, nestled in the lap of forest cover of Sahyadri mountain ranges near Lonavla. The local flora, trees and bushes are maintained mostly in their natural conditions. The rooms are specious with good amnities and a magnificent view. All staff courteous and ready to help. Food adequate with limited choices. On the flip side, low on staff, maintainance issues and most importantly Not advisable for the Senior citizens or physically not so fit members. The last part of aporoach road of about 3.5 km leading to the property is NO road at all and extremely painful for travelling. The pick up truck sent by hotel property takes about 30 mins to reach the parking lot where you keep your vehicle. So you need to adventurous to book this place.
