Welcome to this charming Higgins Lake cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated on a peaceful location half a mile from Higgins Lake and right down the road from Kelly beach (3min drive) and South Higgins state park (3 min drive). Cut river grill down the road (5min drive) Look forward to summer days when you book this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Roscommon vacation rental. Your family will love the convenience and homey comforts of this cottage fitted with an updated kitchen with modern appliances, Smart TVs, a firepit, kayaks and a Blackstone BBQ grill. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:I will provide a rental contract to each client who books. Clients who refuse to sign rental contracts will not gain access to the house..Don't flush sanitary items. Only toilet paper. We are on a septic field. Please NO smoking. My daughter is asthmatic,Please treat this home as you would your own. This is our family cottage and we love it..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Long Weekend at Higgins
Family and friends drove up to spend a long weekend near Higgins Lake. We’ve headed up north for years and have never stayed near Higgins. Beautiful lake! The house is clean and comfortable and a relaxing space for our home base. Great kitchen. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing it.

Outstanding Property and Hosts!
The house is immaculate, well-maintained and updated. We would love to stay here again in the future. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice
nice long driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. Beds were comfy. House was large enough for 5 big guys and all of our riding gear.

Higgins Hideout
We all had a great time staying at this cottage.It was very clean, had everything we needed and lots of room for our family of seven. The location is great, close to everything. We hope to return again.

They thought of everything
We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! From the nightlights all throughout the home, the box fans, the cute s’mores kit, shower with removable handle to help shower the kiddos and the kcups. So many great little touches! We stay at vacation rentals 2-4 times a year and are quite picky! We would stay here again without hesitation.
Wonderful location and the beds were also super comfy. Thank you so much for a great mini vacation!

Higgins Hideout
We loved everything about our stay. The location was convenient to make more memories at Higgins. Home was clean and roomy for our group. We could tell that every detail was thought of by the host. This place is a gem. Highly recommend.
