My stay at the lodge was very pleasant. After many hours of flying, the amenities are sufficient to relax and have a rest before connecting flights or before your next move. Staff at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. Andrew who is part of staff in charge of pick-up and drop-off, waited quite a while for me the collect baggage and was extremely patient and understanding. I’d highly recommend staying there.

The hotel is not far from the airport.But I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort .It’s a bit old and they don’t have any amenities

The linen was clean and fresh. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and visible. I forgot my shoes when I checked out. The cleaning staff found them, and together with the receptionist, they promptly brought them to me before I exited the gate. I truly appreciated this gesture.

Its clean safe friendly affordable and close to the airport. Friendly staff and the Portuguese restaurant onsite that is open again does make it a lot easier as you do not have to leave the premises to have something to eat. I prefer the Airport one to the ISANDO road lodge

I am disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the shuttle service at the Road Lodge. At no point was I informed that I would need to pay for this service. This omission deprived me of the ability to make an informed decision, as I could have opted to take an uber for a fraction of the cost. Clear communication is crucial and this experience has left me feeling misled. I hope management takes immediate steps to ensure such crucial information is disclosed upfront to avoid future customer frustration.

My main issue was the carpet. It smells horrible. When we arrived there there was an old who was assisting us, and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Finally the guy took over and help us nicely so, he even gave us directions to the restaurant.

TV has 6 channels. Was completely unwatchable, receptionist found that cable was unplugged. Eat in menu has only pizza, not orderable via QR code, as stated, was disgusting, skimpy toppings, undercooked thick slimy base, and tasteless. Very disappointing for such a chain. Long live airbnb
