Extended Stay America套房華盛頓特區日耳曼敦一英里(Extended Stay America Suites - Washington DC Germantown Milestone)

The room wasnt clean. The kitchenette has crumbs every where. The toilet system is just plain weird. It doesn't want to flush for eco friendly reasons but it's just weird. We had to open up the back just to get it to finally flush. There were stains on all the furniture. It just felt run down. There was no breakfast left and the breakfast station was a mess. The parking lot felt unsafe. I was worried about my car all night. It was LOUD inside the room. I vould hear conversations and partying from above and beside us all night.

When we walked in the vestibule and lobby smelled like a dispensary. The desk clerk was very nice and accomodating. The room was very plain (which im ok with) but the tv was glued to the desk so it could not be moved at all. The kitchen area had no dishes or utensils. Just a note that if you wanted those things you eould have to ask the desk. No coffee maker of coffee.. we were informed there was "breakfast in the morning in the lobby whih consisted of 2 cabinet drawers that were pulled open and full of breakfast bars to take with you. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept on. It was advertised as a queen but i highly suspect it was a full size. Something was biting me in my sleep as well. The window tract was lined with dead bugs and the toilet seat nearly fell off when i lifted it up.. Due to the price of this compared to the rest of the hotels in the area i was not expecting to be in a lavish environment and i knew that. I eneded up checking out the next morning and going somewhere else for the remainder of my stay. I have stayed at other extended stay america hotels that were very nice. This is NOT one of them. .This one was one of thte worst hotels ive stayed at period.

Urine stains all over the toilet seat. Only shampoo and soap provided. NO SHOWER HEAD in the tub shower, just a hand spray nozzle. The bed was so low to the ground, it was most likely for a disabled person. The room smelled like chemicals. Noisy traffic sounds from outside. I will strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

I chose this place because the price was lower than other, similar places. It had a general "seedy" vibe to it. The hallways were dirty, with scattered debris when I arrived, and still there the next day (and probably still there :) ). The "breakfast" is a table with bad coffee and packaged muffins and oa**eal. I guess the old adage is true: you get what you pay for.

Easy drive places. It’s not really a breakfast in the am. I pick those hotels to saved money but w e has to go out to eat. It was granola bars and coffee

The staff is extremely professional and helpful. I appreciate their friendly demeanor and always wiling to help attitude. Im very grateful for Tanika shes the best and deserves a big raise.

The bathroom was very clean, but there was areas near the bed that were a little dirty but it didn’t concern me. The room was a bit dated, but that did not concern me either. The floors are very thin because for three hours straight on both days, we could hear the kids in the room above us, jumping off the bed and banging things around. Don’t get excited when it says breakfast is included because it literally consist of coffee, granola bars, and chocolate muffins. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. Overall our stay was okay and if I considered staying here again, I would require a room on the top floor.
