The hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the spa is delightful! From Erick, the extremely knowledgeable tour guide, and Michaela, the delightful massage and facial therapist, to the delicious five course meals, the lovely swimming pool, and my clean, beautiful room everything was just as I had hoped it would be for my first vacation in the Alps.
