The cottage has a large open concept living area with a large window view of the river. Good fishing, boating and hiking. Marine railway, and Trent Severn locks near by. Quiet bay with little boat traffic. The cottage is situated in the heart of large pine and hardwood forest. PERFECT!
We loved our stay here. Beautiful cottage in great condition. John is super friendly and very helpful.We will be coming back next year!The Waubic and Riverhouse are two great restaurants nearby for some great food and atmosphere!

John is a great host. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only hassle we encountered was at the Big Chute Marina. Talk to John about alternative parking for your truck and trailer.

Amazing spot for the famliy
We had a great couple of days here with our family. It was very peaceful and had all we needed for our stay. We even caught a few fish and enjoyed the water. Communication was great with the owner.
