Ich bin regelmäßig in Austin und dieses Hotel ist mit Blick auf Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Und: das Personal ist 5 Sterne plus. Die Lage ist ok mit Blick air Restaurants. Aber ansonsten ist dort nicht viel. Deshalb 4 von 5 Sternen. Würde aber wiederkehren.

Overall this is a property I would stay at again, but I would also consider other options in the area. The location was close to the conference I was attending, the parking was easy and didn’t require payment, and the front desk staff were polite. It’s hard to rate above average simply because the location wasn’t especially close to any of the major attractions, and traffic makes this a less likely option if you have work in any of the surround “big” cities. Entering the room, I got a stale whiff. This happened each time I was away and returned; not pungent or noticeable when in the room, but distinct enough after having been outside of that space. Everything appeared in order I didn’t have any issues with the room at all. There were no bottles of water in the room, which was unusual in my travel experience. I managed to fill my own reusable bottle downstairs, so it was an environmentally friendly outcome. Also, I was given a bottle of water by the desk clerk as I left following checkout (checkout was friendlier than checkin, but both were profesional and polite). Good, but I can’t say “amazing.”

This hotel was okay. We drive from Oklahoma and stay in Round Rock twice each summer: once to take the kids to camp and once to pick them up. We always stay at the same hotel. We decided to try this one since we love eating at Jack Allen’s Kitchen and it’s basically next door. Occasionally it’s fun to mix it up. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. They put us on the 1st floor. We open the door and the weird musty smell hits you right away. The positive part of that is it goes away once you’re in here for a bit. The beds are not super comfortable. They’re not terrible. They’re okay. My husband went to take a shower and came out laughing and told me to go take a shower. This is not normal behavior so I was concerned he was sending me in for something weird. So I hopped in and quickly figured it out and he poked his head into the bathroom barely breathing from laughing. Because the shower door is on rollers and doesn’t stay closed. You close it and it rolls right on open. We both had a good laugh. The breakfast is “made to order.” I did assume it wasn’t included in the cost of the hotel but sometimes convenience is worth it. So I went to order a farmhouse bowl since it’s on the menu. I was told they only had sandwiches and burritos. So I ordered the burrito that was microwaved and a cup of coffee. $20 with tip. It was fine. Overall, this was a mediocre hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. But, for the same amount of money, there are other places. We frequent Marriott establishments but likely won’t return to this one. Not huge complaints but just not something we’d like to repeat.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very courteous and professional. The common area was a great place to grab a drink and work. The location was ideal and located close to restaurants and accessible to the interstate. I highly recommend this hotel to future guests.

If I could give less than one star. The location is very close to my companies headquarters so both myself and my coworkers stay here often. During my last visit I needed to run to my car in the middle of the night. The deadbolt to my room got stuck and my door would not close. When I called the front desk for help, the attendant was VERY rude and said he can’t move me because they were fully booked. I explained I didn’t want another room I just wanted help with the door. He responded by telling me I should just go to sleep, because maintenance would not be in until the morning. I asked him if he would sleep in a hotel room with the door open he said yes. When I begin to argue he hung up on me. When I followed up with the manger the next day she was completely full of it. She just kept smiling saying I am sorry that happened to you. Not I will address this with him, his behavior was unacceptable. However, my company has been using this hotel for years and I have heard from other co workers that she blew them off in a similar manner when they raised concerns. After speaking with the owner of my company we will never be using this hotel again. Stay somewhere else!

The tv in the room had terrible quality and we had to use our laptop instead and it was really noisy from being close to the freeway. I found hairs in the bathroom and had to clean it up. Also the outlets were installed upside down.
