Dirty! Bad customer service. They don't care. There were 2 employees working on the coffee machine, laughing and cussing, completely ignoring us standing there waiting to be checked in. Finally they called the front desk lady to come. When we got to our room, there were little hairs on the sheets, some kind of brown goo on the headboard, and dirty floors. We called for clean sheets. The cleaning lady came in, on the phone talking in Spanish, not addressing us at all. She was looking at the sheets and talking about us in Spanish. She didn't bring any clean sheets. We decided to leave. The front desk apologized and said to email pics so we could get a refund. We emailed them, but never got a response. Read more Google reviews.
