德維爾飯店(Hotel de Ville)

Accueil très agréable par le personnel du soir. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie très confortable. Excellent emplacement pour les visite et le parking. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avait pas eu la chance d'avoir un hôtel de cette qualité. Petit bémol le bruit mais en même temps, on ne dort jamais au calme dans un hôtel. Mon séjour est juste parfait !

Beautiful property in a well maintained building. The hallways can get pretty noisy and the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Ac worked well and tv had plenty of channels. The only other downside was the younger man at reception with curly dark hair. He was so cold to us and i felt like us just being there was an inconvenient for him.

Ottimo servizio e buona colazione. La camera executive non sembrava particolarmente attraente. La finestra dava su un piccolo cortile maleodorante. La posizione è ottima, accanto ad un posteggio taxi e vicinissima al centro storico. L'albergo è al secondo e terzo piano di un palazzo antico ammodernato, ma forse un po' troppo. Personalmente mi aspettavo di più e avrei preferito un albergo con la reception al pian terreno, ma tutto sommato andava bene.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived the front desk staff did not know how to check us in. It turned out that the person at the desk was literally a server from the restaurant. The bathroom in my room was configured very strangely with no mirror above the sink and very poor lighting. The air conditioning unit and bed were positioned so that the cold air blew directly onto the bed and was very uncomfortable. This property has a lot of potential, but they really need to get their act together.

Every step of the way the staff here were great. Most days we had a gentleman Ford help us at breakfast and to advise on best places to go. His jovial attitude somehow stayed in tact while he actually ran around to help guests. Major thanks for everything Ford. You made our time in Genova better. As for the property itself, rooms were well appointed and spacious and very clean. Best housekeeping we’ve had yet in italy.

Very helpful staff, even though the elevator was not working, the lady at the front desk assisted us, all the staff where very nice, rooms clean, comfortable and in a good area to take hop on hop off, eat, shop, etc

Room was very spacious and clean. We had a loft style room - the bedroom was up top over looking the living room area. Bathroom was very large and had lots of towels and bath amenities. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful when asking for suggestions.

Lovely hotel. Good-sized room, helpful staff, great location. They shouldn’t charge for breakfast (18 euros is a lot), but otherwise the experience was completely positive.

The hotel staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean but the air conditioning was terrible. The area around the hotel was dirty and felt unsafe at times. The hotel had no internet. The hotel site was not convenient to things, no dining ootions. Overall didnt enjoy the stay
