科隆布科普斯特公寓飯店(Kopster Hotel Residence Paris Ouest Colombes)

J’ai essayé d’annuler ma réservation suite à une annulation de mon train (grèves SNCF). Dès que j’ai été prévenue par la SNCF, j’ai essayé de contacter l’hôtel, au bout de 3 appels j’ai enfin pu avoir le service des réservations. On me dit qu’il faut faire un mail (chose que j’ai faite au préalable) pour ensuite me dire que l’annulation se ferait avec des frais (chose que je comprends), je lui demande le montant des frais, l’interlocutrice Julie me répond le prix de la chambre, je lui dis donc dites moi tout de suite que ce n’est pas remboursable tout simplement. La semaine prochaine j’ai un déplacement de 4 nuits a faire, je ne reviendrai pas auprès de cet hôtel, d’autant que le service des réservations est particulièrement impoli et incompétent et ils nous redirigent automatiquement vers TRIP afin de ne pas traiter notre demande

This place was literally gorgeous not only for the price but also in comparison to the other places we’ve stayed so far on our road trip through France. Very relaxing and modern/chic private apar**ent with exactly what you need for your stay including a safe in the bedroom. The bed, linens and pillows were superb, decor beautiful, and a private patio terrace by the bed.. it is very noisy in the area as it is right by the highway, but once the patio door is closed you hear nothing. One of the nicest places we stayed that was still affordable, and they have a restaurant on top of the hotel next door, the music was quite loud but the a**osphere is beautiful, we recommend the steak, the burger and the chicken with gnocchi, also the drink L’impala was nice and light if that’s your thing.

the room was nice with a terrace. although it’s unnecessary to separate the bathroom and toilet, where the toilet has no sink. the shower head is too weak and there was no conditioner, but the website said they have.

Lovely hotels with good amenities and very clean. On arrival reception wanted €300 deposit which I was not informed of prior and when I refused it became quite a battle and I felt I was being mocked. Only negative thing I really have to say. Location wise it was ok, but takes about an hour to get into Paris via metro if you want to pay for an Uber or taxi it takes 30-45minutes. Good shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk from the hotel. Overall a good experience for the price.

This property said on ******* site they are attached to a train station that is false information it 15 min walk I booked there cause they said it was connected I had to stay at other hotels in order to visit paris and also had to get taxis which cost a fortune. Also the shower was a handheld shower by my knees directing all the water to get to the floor very dangerous to get in and out of the tub. Some staff were helpful others didn’t know where to help us. We had a package delivered and it was sitting in the luggage room for six days and they kept on saying we have not received the parcel. I called several time until someone finally said have them check the luggage room on our last day. Very inconvenient and costly to get into paris. About 45 to 1 hour to get into Paris not 10 minutes by car or cab. Which on the ******* site Hôtel description it informed otherwise.

The residence/apar**ent facilities are very good. with air conditioning, cooking facilities and cookware, dining area, and living room/sofa bed. very good for families or people who don't mind taking the train (not metro) from central Paris. It is literally 8min walk (not less) / around 650m from Le Stade Train Station. This is not accessible by metro. You have to take the train (4 stops) from Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris. Or take the bus/taxi from Paris. You cannot get this type of facility in central Paris. So if these amenities are top of the priority, and not staying in central Paris, this is a good choice specially if you drive. Staff are very helpful and speak English if your French is not very good like me. The bar and restaurant are good too. Minor suggestions/improvements - wall clock/any clock would be nice. Shower curtain is good for toilets with bath only. iron and board would be good too. But these are all minor stuff. the hotel has done well on major stuff.

Wonderful stay - hotel was modern and clean with helpful English speaking staff. Our apar**ent had everything we could need and gave us a home away from home which was very appreciated with a baby. The hotel website directions were very helpful especially for metro novices like ourselves. We got to enjoy Bastille Day fireworks in comfort and away from the crowds.

Nice designed spacious rooms with friendly staff during the day, but… Wi-Fi didn’t work, air con didn’t work, night staff were rude plus so many hidden charges!

Clean. New. Value for money. Though a bit far from city centre, Uber cost €35 and €50 to the airport. Only downside is they took €100 per day per room as a guarantee. It took them 7-8 days before the €400 imprint they took from my credit card got refunded or reversed.
