Je ne peux que recommander La Reserve Geneve ! Si vous souhaitez être au calme tout en étant à 10min du centre ville avec un service 5 etoiles, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. De l'accueil des bagagistes, en passant par la réceptionniste adorable et le set up pour notre chienne en chambre par le housekeeping, nous avons vécu une experience formidable et personnalisée à souhait. Merci à toute cette équipe qui fait un travail remarquable pour que tout soit parfait. Bravo!

I have traveled, half of the planet and stayed in thousands of hotels, this is one of the best by far in terms of location, staff, professionalism, F&B. Smily professional staff, from the reception down to the skipper of the boat. the details on everything from a single cup of cappuccino with La Reserve Logo on the cream, down to the amazing breakfast, is simply Best in Class and second to none! I want to applaud the professionalism of the La Reserve staff. I have travelled there twice for business but this is a super nice hotel for a family stay as well! This website for this property is deceiving and dishonest about their rooms. I note that I am not the only one with this complaint. What they advertise and what you get do not match, and when you complain you are treated with contempt. Clearly, your money is much more important than your satisfaction. I paid a premium for a suite which is advertised to have beautiful view of the grounds. Instead I got a room with a view of a garage roof and a brick wall. Further, there were multiple defects in the room. My first complaints were completely ignored. My subsequent complaint and request to speak with the manage resulted in the concierge being sent to deal with me and showing me a room with a view of the hotel roof. Other properties would move you automatically to a better room or offer you a discount. Not this one. The only offer I received after I returned home was that on my 'next visit' I would be given a room with a view.

Sincerely I want to thank La Reserve Geneva for their outstanding hospitality as always ! Their location is just beautiful, kids club is wonderful. Reception Team is just amazing and always so helpful! Special thanks goes to Mr. Fabienne Coubry and Mr. Abder. I am always amazed how LR creates such a great and warm atmosphere. Truly wonderful holidays at LR and those memories will last forever. Definitely we be back soon )) ❤️

Magnifique séjour à l’hôtel La Réserve Genève. De la chambre à la qualité du service, en passant par les infrastructures (spa, cours de tennis, piscine extérieur) tout est somptueux. Mention spéciale au délicieux petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac. Merci à Fabien pour son accueil chaleureux .

Tout absolument tout est parfait. Le restaurant étoilé Tsé Fung, le spa et café Lauren, le pdj, les chambres, la localisation. Et surtout le staff, un grand merci à Tomas et à l'équipe du restaurant Tsé Fung, merci a Christophe de la conciergerie, à toute l'équipe du spa et de la réception. J'ai hâte de revenir

I had the most wonderful stay at La Réserve Geneva. The delivered level of service was very attentive and personalized; the team anticipated all of my needs in the restaurants and time overall in the hotel. My room was elegant with carefully selected ameniities - simply a place of tranquility after a long day of work. All in all a truly exceptional stay where comfort and sophistication meet and are in harmony.

Perfectly located resort, 5 minutes from airport, and very close from the city (even easier to reach with the private, free, boat shuttle). Large, comfortable and well equiped rooms. Spacious bathrooms, many with separate toilets and italian showers. Perfect service throughout the property. Tse Fung and Lotti amongst the best restaurants in Geneva. Perfect pace to take a break or to hold business with a holidays scent.

À 20h30 nous réservons par téléphone une chambre à La Réserve pour passer une nuit sur Genève. L'hôtel est exceptionnel, à 5 minutes du centre, et, en plus, pour éviter de prendre la voiture, l’hôtel propose le transfert en bateau… Magique. Mille mercis au personnel de l’hôtel, bienveillant, à l’écoute, très intentionné… Une chose certaine : nous reviendrons plus longtemps pour profiter de tous les services proposés.

Ideally located, five minutes from the airport and even less from a motorway exit, this hotel has it all. Wonderful, rooms, restaurants, SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, kids club. It is a real enchantment from the moment you enter. For people who need to go to downtown Geneva, a complementary boat trip will take you there in 20 minutes. I try to think of negatives, but cannot come up with anything plausible. its just the best of the best

We had an overall excellent experience at La Reserve. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Food was great! Spa was large but only very small and old saunas, this would need a renovation. Our first room was not at all as expected, as the image on the website is only representing a minority of rooms in the category - we were told that they only have 2 superior rooms that actually fit the description and photos on the website. The majority of superior rooms is smaller and a different style. Instead of having a view of the grounds as promised, we were looking against a wall. However, our complaint was handled professionally and we were given the same room as on the website (215 it is!).

I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best, thank you to La Réserve Genève and the whole team for making my stay incredible by meeting all my expectations. refined room, relaxing spa, restaurants, valet parking, an incredible park, a place must to discovery.

Such a wonderful stay at La Reserve Geneva - what a peaceful retreat. The Hotel is beautifully located with access to the Lake and provides a shuttle boat to the city center. The service is outstanding and the food just amazing. Highly recommended.
