雪絨花飯店(Edelweiss Manotel)

호텔 직원분들도 친절하고, 깔끔하고 좋아요. 조식 빵도 맛있었습니다.. 위치도 이곳저곳다니기 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 호텔에 투숙하면 제네바 대중교통 이용권고 제공해주고, 호텔 바로앞에 쿱 하고 비그로스도 있어서 편리했습니다.

Incredible stay. Lovely hotel close to the lake and wonderful staff. Pierre was so good on the desk. Room spotless and modern. The restaurant was fun and meal was superb, as was swiss music. A must!! I had a very nice stay with my mum.

Aunque el hotel estaba parcialmente vacío nunca nos hicieron el upgrade de habitación. Tampoco nos dieron la botella de vino. Y lo peor de todo es que no hicieron la limpieza. Cuando regresamos de pasear, el cuarto estaba como lo dejamos antes de salir. Si entraron a la habitación pues dejaron unos chocolates, pero no tendieron las camas, ni limpiaron el baño. Muy mal. No regresaría nunca más. No lo recomiendo.

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Décoration montagnarde chaleureuse. Dans la chambre, on quitte la ville pour se retrouver dans une ambiance typique des sommets. Hôtel proche du lac à pieds. Pas de parking sur place.

Ombonat hotell, bra rum. Hjälpsam, trevlig personal. Bra läge, gångavstånd till strandpromenad. Mycket positiv att få gratis biljett på lokala transportmedel. Ingen stor frukost, men gott. Enda negativa är att fläkten låter mycket. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

This property is disgustingly expensive, we paid around $575 USD per night after all taxes and fees. This hotel is comparable to a hotel that charges $120-$150 USD. Horrible value for your money, I was here for work, otherwise I would never pay this rate for what we received. Housekeeping were so nice and amazing, but the front desk staff isn't nice or welcoming at all. Also, save yourself the money on breakfast, it is horrible and you can get 10x better food for much cheaper within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is walkable which is nice. But also the room is smaller than advertised. We have VIP ******* status and we supposedly got a "VIP room upgrade" but the room was for sure one of their worst rooms. When doors of other rooms were open in the hallway (during housekeeping), you could see our room was 1/2 the size of every single other room, we had a corner room. So I'm not sure how they called our room an upgrade, it was a downgrade. When we checked out, we looked under the bed to make sure no belongings fell under, and we found a used condom, which is disgusting. I told the front desk manager, and she didn't believe me. Which is sad because I don't know why anyone would lie about this. Don't stay here.

A unique hotel, very nice and helpful hotel staff at the reception, very clean, we had a quiet room with access to the attractions of Geneva on foot. The hotel also offers free cards for public transport. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food, amasing interior and an atmosphere that took us to the traditions of Switzerland. Perfect place!
