北海岸公寓(The Flatts at North Shore)

Fantastic central location for an FLX trip! Very spacious for our family of five adults. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice, modern and comfortable. Wonderful location. It would be even better if there were more cooking / kitchen ware (e.g… a large pot to boil water/cook pasta, a baking dish/ rectangular dish for roasting or baking an entree in the oven); and tissues in bathroom.

Owner was exceptional in her communication. Easy place to find, great location! We didn't get a chance to enjoy the Spa...maybe next time!

Spacious apar**ent. Handy laundry in unit. Nice patio when the weather is good. Easy communication and check in. Short walk to Seneca lake shore & welcome center. Would stay again. Easy access to the lake region.

Overall the property serves its purpose in giving our family more space than a hotel and being within walking distance to downtown and the lake. It was clean with basic amenities. However, some attention to detail would make it much more inviting. While the owner is willing to bring over anything necessary, for the price we paid it would be much nicer to have our needs anticipated. For example, we only had four washcloths for five people. We had to request more, which usually isn't noticed until they're actually needed. There was only one dishwasher pod and one washing machine pod for our stay. Granted, we were only there two nights, but it could be assumed that one per night would be reasonable, especially when paying over $400 a night. Again, the owner was willing to bring these over, but it would be so much nicer on a vacation to not have to ask for such things, especially for details that cost less than $1 to provide. While there was a kitchen, we would have had to bring everything necessary such as cooking spray, salt and pepper, and other basics. I've stayed in many other condos and similar situations where these basic necessities were provided. Also, no aluminum foil, one dish towel. Unfortunately, our sofa bed was also broken. While the owner came quickly and finagled a way to use it, there was no evidence that it was actually fixed during our stay, as was promised. So overall, it served the purpose of what we needed for Geneva, but we probably wouldn't return.

Great location. Clean. Quiet. Close to lake and wine trail. Easy to walk to local bars & restaurants.

The location was perfect, across the street from the lake. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, felt like home. Karen was a wonderful host and right there if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again
