錫亞高芒果樹飯店

別墅很漂亮，景色也很美。我們住了11晚，最後幾天有點長，但還是好好休息了！別墅不是新的，需要翻新一下：水槽壞了，浴室裡有黴菌…需要改進的地方：服務和舒適度！ - 泳池邊應配備合適的日光躺椅，而不是老舊的扶手椅。 - 週末因為鎮中心的音樂聲很吵。 - 鄰居很吵，前台也沒有讓他們調低音量…晚上11點，我只好自己去讓他們把音量調小。 - 房子裡有大蟲子…如果能提供殺蟲劑就好了。 - 如果晚上遇到問題，8:30以後就沒人接了…如果能提供保全電話號碼就更好了。 - 早餐種類有限，而且不明確；退房時我們被要求額外付費，沒有任何解釋！ - 總的來說，別墅裡沒有任何服務：沒有餐廳，如果想預訂餐廳也沒人幫忙——只能自己想辦法。 - 床單上有污漬，客房服務很差。優點：按摩很棒！考慮到我們的不滿，前台提供了免費早餐和機場接送服務，所以我給了4/5分。非常感謝！但飯店需要在這些方面進行改進，才能至少達到四星級飯店的標準。

這是我住過的最糟糕的酒店之一。我和我哥哥房間裡的2300多美元被偷了。除了打掃房間之外，沒有其他人進入過我們的房間，這讓人非常擔憂。我們報案後，酒店工作人員並沒有認真對待，也沒有提供任何實質的幫助。在一個本應安全的地方感到不安全，真的讓人非常難過。我絕對不會推薦這家酒店。

Was open plan with a spectacular view, rooms were spacious. The breakfast provide by the team were amazing provided with a fruit platter. Communication was superb, were able to organise transport to and from general luna and cloud 9. From airport 500 peso per person per trip

We cannot stop raving about our stay at Mango Tree. We have soo many friends & family asking about Mango Tree— & all that they’re saying is that it’s so beautiful & dreamy! Having experienced it for ourselves, we can say this has been the highlight of our Philippines trip, and Siargao is an absolute dream! Staying at the Mango Tree Villa, we experienced a butler-esque type of service. The communication via WhatsApp is so personal, very smooth, & they made us feel like they are reachable any time of the day. We ordered breakfast every morning, they had their staff deliver the food & set the table with fresh mangoes, watermelon slices, pineapples and with a choice of coffee or juice. They have healthy options as well as your classic Filipino “silog” breakfast. The view of nature around this place is one that we’ll always keep in our memory bank. We are so happy with our stay, and encourage others to book here as well! They have 2 new villas opening! We are so grateful for the amazing experience, and we look forward to coming back soon! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay here, booked the Villa with Private Pool. Looks just like it does in the photos. Secluded location, the Villa has plenty of space including a full kitchen (if you feel like cooking), and the Villa is clean, modern and well organised. Loved the pool, we used it every day! With the Villa been pretty self sufficient, it can be very tempting to stay there throughout your stay, but there is plenty to do on the island, and the friendly staff are more than willing to help you with bookings for tours or give you their recommendations. Speaking of staff, call out to Louise and Kaitha. From organising food and drinks to our Villa, arranging tours across the island, and just being available to chat. Call out to Kuya Tan Tan for driving us around the island, and thanks to all the other staff who made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely keen to come back
