-1 The sisig was delicious, but unfortunately, we barely got to enjoy it because a cat ate it while we were at the pool. There was no warning to keep an eye on our food, and by the time we checked the pool’s depth, the cat had already helped itself. We reported this to the restaurant, but they did not care. Compensation or a discount would have been appropriate. -1 The hot chocolate was disappointing, it tasted more like 80% milk rather than the rich hot chocolate I expected. -1 Additionally, the door lock felt unsafe since it could be opened with a card, and the shower had only two small holes for water flow. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10 for value.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this resort. I booked 3 rooms for my family of 4 adults which was reasonably priced. The rooms are standard size. It has a front patio. They also provide purified water in the ping pong area. Breakfast was not included and we ate once for breakfast. We ate delicious dinner on our last night. The menu had good selection. They provide pool towels. It is on a busy street yet it was fairly quiet. There is a mini-fridge and kettle. The hotel should provide instant coffee in the room for convenience. The hotel takes credit cards without transaction fees which is great.

The staff are very accommodating, foods nice and fairly priced, people are lovely, quiet location with only 14 rooms, 2 seconds away is all the main shops and restaurants! Can’t go wrong, absolute winner for us travelling as a couple. We stayed for 4 nights, but could easily stay for a couple of weeks with the location!

The coziness and environmental friendly atmosphere of the Inn makes it outstanding amongst other. The food they serve are great too plus staffs are very accommodating. You could wish to stay there forever! Such a great place to unwind.

Two bath towels for the 3 rooms I booked. It was raining hard on our last night. Ceiling was leaking where the lights are. There’s only fitted sheets on our bed. Restaurant is closed, water dispenser is outside the room. The only good part of the hotel are the Staffs, specially Michele.

It was our first time visiting Siargao Island and we stayed for 6 nights. We loved our stay and would certainly recommend Vivo. It is in an ideal location in the heart of all the General Luna action. Beach access is right across the street as well. Staff were warm and friendly. Our room was quite spacious and clean, had everything we needed. The whole property is beautiful full of lush tropical plants and flowers. Big pool area as well as covered lounge space with ping pong table. We rented a motor bike through the hotel for the week and the price was on par with other locations around the island. Was also nice to have a bar and restaurant attached. We would for sure book here again, we are also animal lovers and really enjoyed the two extremely friendly kitties that hang around the resort ❤️

A lovely hotel in a great location. Great rooms which are cleaned daily and the bed was really comfy. There’s a lovely swimming pool and a fab bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant too which we tried for brunch and dinner, the food choices and the actual food was lovely
