5-Star Customer Service: The staff were exceptional, promptly addressing all of our requests and concerns. A special thanks to Raquel for her assistance during an accident, as well as to MJ for welcoming us and organizing our tours. Vanessa deserves recognition for preparing delicious meals and perfecting our coffees. The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike. I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.

I recently stayed at Lisuga Hotel and was pleased with the cleanliness and overall ambiance. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit challenging as the roads leading to the hotel were muddy, making it hard to access the main road without calling a tuk-tuk. Additionally, while the swimming pool is advertised, it is actually located at another hotel, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is lovely, and improving the road access would make the stay even better.

Absolute Scam. The room: - doesn't have hot water - doesn't have a closet - it's dirty, with feces of gecko and trimmed nails from previous guest - it's not covered by WIFI The building is so isolated and the road so bumby that tricycle will refuse to bring you at night. Worst experice in the Philippines in 10 years I travel here. At the limit of conta g a lawyer

No es lo que aparenta en las fotos. La ubicación fatal, el acceso no está pavimentado y tienes que caminar bastante. El servicio una vergüenza, no te dan café ni café con leche con la excusa que tienen la máquina estropeada, luego viendo reseñas anteriores, la máquina lleva años estropeada… Nos quejamos y dijeron que el desayuno era un complemento a parte y que era gratis. Lo que no es cierto, porque yo pagué el desayuno y lo más mínimo es que me pongan café. Luego, no tienen agua caliente, no te limpian la habitación, ni te cambian las sábanas, hay cucarachas y las ventanas están mal hechas, ya que no cierran bien y entran bichos de todo tipo. El personal, repito, carece de toda profesionalidad, pues ante las quejas presentadas, se ríen de ti en tu propia cara y no te hacen ni caso. Es una lástima porque podrían sacarle mucho más potencial. Pensábamos pasar los últimos días de nuestros vacaciones en una estancia agradable y la verdad que ha sido pésimo.

The Lisuga staff especially, Raquel, Cecile, Honey, Young and Lovely were the best. The hotel is strategically located that gives you the calm and quiet away from the crowd but yet close to main sights, activities and attractions. The hotel takes the minimalist concept to reality and yet you have everything you need. Will definitely recommend.
