錫亞高Happiness海灘度假村

Sin duda el peor hotel de nuestra estancia en Filipinas. Hemos estado un mes viajando por Filipinas y estamos muy decepionados con nuestra estancia en el Happiness. Un precio que no está acorde con la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones.

From the moment I stepped my foot at happiness beach resort I knew I wouldn't want to leave! Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The beach bar has amazing view and ambience. Food and drinks are of very good quality and it was nice to see the faces of the bar staff every day :) Also, we had breakfast every day at goodies restaurant and although we would like a better variety at the breakfast menu, the quality was good and all the dishes were very tasty. Many thanks to Genri for his kindness and smile :) A highlight of our stay was the signature massage of Hamsi, that was the best massage I ever had! I had it twice and all the people from our group had it as well and were all super satisfied, so make sure not to miss it! On the way to the airport and already miss it , I really wish to go back one day!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS HOTEL - YOU WILL HAVE RIDICULOUSLY LOUD MUSIC BEING PUMPED THROUGH YOUR ROOM AS A RESULT OF THE NIGHTCLUB NEXT DOOR! THIS WILL GO ON UNTIL THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING. THE HOTEL STAFF KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND YEY STILL PUT US IN A ROOM NEXT TO THE NIGHTCLUB. UNBELIEVABLY POOR BEHAVIOR. MANAGEMENT ARE POWERLESS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! WHEN I ASKED FOR A CHANGE OF ROOM THEY REPLIED "WE ARE FULL"!

The resort was nice and clean Staff were very friendly But siargao island is not a place to go to relax We found this out soon after arriving. 2/3 nights we stayed, we werent able to sleep until late as the techno beat music shook the wall of the villa till late into the evenings So if you are in your 20's and you want to party late into the night, this is your destination

Bad service, expensive and the rooms with a too much insects! It was insane! We arent happy with the place, the room or even how they treated us. We dont undersant the price for that poor quality. And the most important thing a very uncomfortable experience because of the bugs and insects inside the room and the bathroom. We will never repeat

I'm deeply disappointed and angered by our stay at Happiness Beach Resort in Siargao. The promotional photos are a complete misrepresentation of reality. The service was horrendous, with staff displaying a total lack of interest in guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, our room was a nightmare, overrun with bugs and cockroaches, compromising our comfort and hygiene. This resort failed to deliver the luxury and relaxation it promised, leaving us feeling cheated and miserable. I strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay here. It's a complete letdown and not worth risking your holiday over.
