I had a fantastic week at the Hochfirst. It couldn't have been better. The welcome I received and tour of the hotel made me feel very great. As I was travelling alone sometimes you can feel a bit awkward but all the staff were highly trained and very friendly. My room had a balcony that wasn't facing the slopes (next time) but it was very comfortable and warm, the bed and pillows were super comfortable as you would expect, lots of storage and great shower, plus the nice underfloor heating. The service and quality of the food was the best I've ever had in a hotel. It's a foodie's heaven. The slopes in Obergurgl are only a few steps away but due to the time of year were a bit slushy in the afternoon getting back so I preferred to take the shuttle to and from the Hochgurgl gondola. I found the slopes there were perfect for me, wide open blues and reds and really quite quiet and obviously very beautiful. The drinks in the bar were very good, they make a great Old Fashioned. I also had a fantastic massage in the Spa which was totally amazing. I felt like I hadn't even been skiing for a week after it. The overall spa was superb and I particularly enjoyed lying on the beds in the outside pool with the bubbles on while it was snowing. What joy. I also met the owner on the last day and thanked him, he was very friendly. Thanks everyone for all the hard work and I look forward to seeing you again next year.

Zum 3 mal und wir wurden wieder sehr freundlich behandelt. Ich mag das Hochfirst. Es könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle aufrüsten aber noch ist alles im Rahmen. Das Abendessen ist immer sehr gut und man kann nachordern. Die Zimmer werden immer auf Hochglanz gebracht, trotz Kinder die alles verwüsten.

Beschämend peinliches Verhalten der Senioren. Man fühlt sich unerwünscht und störend als Gast. Bedrückende Stimmung im Haus. Personal freundlich, aber aufgrund mangelnder Deutsch- bzw. Englischkenntnisse keine Kommunikation möglich. Haus teilweise veraltet und ungepflegt, Fitnessraum ein Witz, Whirlpool dauernd defekt. Service beim Abendessen indiskutabel schlecht, falsche Gerichte, Getränke, Reihenfolge. Bad in Suite war so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut mangelhaft.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Man fühlt sich unfassbar unwillkommen und störend als Gast in diesem Haus. Die stillosen und peinlichen Besitzer legen beschämendes Verhalten an den Tag. Gegrüßt werden maximal Stammgäste, dafür protzt man peinlichst mit C-Promis, Porsche und Swarovski. Chefin wirft Gäste um 10 Uhr morgens aus dem Pool, weil sie ihn für sich alleine haben will. Das Personal ist zumeist freundlich aber weder englisch- noch deutschsprachig. Essen ok, Service beim Essen katastrophal. Falsche Gerichte, falsche Reihenfolge, falsche Getränke. Service an der Bar inakzeptabel. Poolbereich renovierungsbedürftig. Whirlpool 5 Tage lang defekt. Badezimmer in Suite ebenfalls inakzeptabel klein.

Perfect stay all round. Food superb. Rooms lovely - comfortable beds, good showers. Pool, spa and terrace gorgeous. Staff - reception, bar staff, waiters, cleaning staff - all lovely. Friendly, helpful, genuinely nice, happy people. Thank you 😊

Wir sind aus Tirol jedoch zieht es uns seit Jahren im Winter in das tollste 5*Sterne Hotel Hochfirst in den Tiroler Bergen. Top Preis mit bester Qualität an Zimmern,Essen und Trinken,Wellness-Spa Bereich. Sehr liebe Gastgeber Hotelier Familie mit dem Team (gesamtes Personal). Piste und Lift dienen für gemütliche oder die es gleich angehen wollen neben dem Haus. Für Erholung kann ich es nur empfehlen.
