Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Lercher". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Seefeld in Tirol, 1.5 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. Parking space n 1 (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, pedestrian zone 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 70 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 2 km, indoor tennis centre 2 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 70 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck - Goldenes Dachl 23 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 1.8 km, Gschwandtkopf 2.3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Rosshütte 1.8 km. 3-room apartment 55 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and modern furnishings: dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Es war alles sehr schön, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr nahe am Zentrum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Idyllic accommodation as you would imagine it to be in Tyrol. Old wooden house and relaxed, warm hosts.

Clean and well equipped. Good private family accommodation. Well heated and excellent location on edge of town. 10 mins walk to center and 5 mins to Ski Bus stop. Very helpful and accomdating owners. Good Internet connection. We had a great holiday.
