無比無比無比的差,從前台服務員的懶散態度到簡直災難的早餐,預訂房間圖片與事實嚴重不符,請不要被大陽台的套房騙了,條例上顯示3pm check in,結果到了卻告知沒有乾淨的房間,衹能再等多一個小時,難道你們會幫住客退回部分房費?這讓我們在辦理check in的當時就非常想要取消預訂,結果前台以為馬來女士有着高傲的態度和表情告知“last minite can not canceled”,讓人不得不有一種騎虎難下之感。雖然早餐為配套之內是免費的,但也不至於這樣糟蹋住客?食物是臭的,蒼蠅滿是,對於餐廳的評價不可用難聞來形容,而應該為“令人作嘔”,唯一一個可以入口的是煎蛋,結果排隊30分鐘,因為衹有一個男服務員一邊看着手機一邊用一個小鍋在現做,從餐廳出來後回味了一下打開一個個餐枱後食物發出的味道感覺想要反胃。我們可能遇到了中國旅行團所以才讓這些服務員用如此惡劣的態度和食物來糟蹋所付款的房費嗎?不然他們可能還覺得中國遊客沒見過什麼是自助餐和食物?更甚於他們可能覺得他們的工作與收入與酒店住客毫無關係?新加坡居住25年,第一次在馬來西亞新山經歷如此糟糕的住宿經驗,不得不告知大家希望新加坡的朋友們不要再被欺騙
