This is the last time for us to stay in Quality Inn. Everything is old. Stains on sheets, on towels, TV not working. Staff not really prompt to respond, no phone in bedroom so impossible to contact the service desk. For three days room service was absent, same poor breakfast. Overall: horrible hotel.

For $500 CAN a night this hotel was extremely disapointing. There were barely any staff in sight, when you go to check in there is only one person working so the check in process is very lengthy. They also have no maid service on the weekends so your room will not be cleaned and only service during the week but you have to request it. The " breakfast" included was only a waffle maker and some bagels so not really a true breakfast. The room itself was not terrible but very old and could use some renovations for sure. Lastly, their website advertised that you could cancel/edit your reservation beforehand but this was not the case when I called to do so very far in advance.

When i went there i had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms are dirty and did not look clean at all sheets and beds have bloode and poop marks on them and bathroom dirty and one of the rooms heater was not working i never been at a hotel like this where i show them and they act like its normal to have a dirty room

We felt very unsafe. The hotel doors (which should have been accessible only by keycard) were open at all times. The hotel was very dirty, including bedding, floors, and bathrooms. There are no drain covers for sinks and tubs. The sheets and blankets had holes in them, and they did not enough pillows for our family. They ran out of breakfast foods at 9:30, so we had very limited choices for breakfast foods. We went to the hotel “store” and there was NOTHING in there. We will not be back again.

Rooms were clean, but the room was dated. There were what looked like water damage and stains to the ceiling in our room and our bathroom. We could tell there were some updates to the building but the updates should’ve more been based to the rooms instead of lobby. Some things were old looking and scabbed together, and there was no local information for nearby restaurants or other attractions. Bed was comfy but upon checking mattress it looked old and kind of dingy. May have been over charged as well- waiting to see if the pending amount goes thru.

The bed and coach had stains on it and a liquor bottle was under my bed. Sometime around 3am someone tried to open my door and when I went to see who was in the hall it was only a staff member walking down.

No elevator outdoor pool, which would have been off-limits most of our stay no options for food or beverage after returning from the concert so we didn’t stay. We packed up our stuff and we had at home.

Upon arrival, the nonsmoking room smelled of smoke, the lampshade to one light was on upside down, the bed sheet had chocolate stain, faucet to the tub was loose, door on cabinet would not shut and hair was on the bathroom floor.

Our jacuzzi didn't work at all there were electrical outlets that didn't work cob webs on the ceiling good things it was just for a quick night

I think the price was just put up because of the State Fair. This hotel room should not have been $305usd. Not worth it.

I had booked this hotel months ago for a dance competition. We checked in which took about 20 minutes because the gentlemen kept answering the phone while trying to check me in. While walking to the room, we noticed probably 4 buckets in the hallway catching water that was coming from the ceiling. We got into our room, the lights wouldn’t turn on, the door wouldn’t seal unless you slammed it. We started to get settled and noticed large stains on the bedding, the ceiling had huge water stains and was cracking and falling on the bed. We were debating on leaving and grabbed a wash cloth to wipe the tv stand that was sticky only to find hair clumped in the wash cloth. We were traveling with two very small children. We decided it was best to leave and find another hotel.
I stopped at the front desk, the gentlemen offered us a different room but after reading the other reviews we decided it was best to leave. Severely disappointed that we left and uprooted 2 kids at midnight due to these conditions.
