It is furnished, the pictures are before I refurnished it, so it looks a bit different right now.About pets:Pets allowed.Dogs are allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

The place was very clean, well stocked, and easy walking distance into town. Chardon is cute and charming. 10/10 would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay from the second we arrived, and were sad to leave. The property is neatly kept and in a convenient, leafy location. The host was always available to answer any questions. Quiet and comfortable, we felt like we were home.

Nice place
Great place for us to stay. Very close to town. Only issues were it took a little bit to get hot water and the garage remote. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.
