Po pierwszej nocy w apartamencie karta do wejścia budynku przestała działać. Nie mogliśmy wejść i staliśmy przed budynkiem. Zero kontaktu z Downtown mailowo, telefonicznie oraz przez booking. Dostaliśmy jedna kartę do wejścia a powinny być 3 na 3 osoby dorosłe. Przez to nie mogliśmy wejść na basen, ponieważ trzeba mieć jedną kartę na osobę. To nie jest normalne że obsługa nas totalnie ignorowała i nie było z nimi kontaktu. Prosząc o zwrot dostaliśmy minimalny zwrot, kontakt był wciąż utrudniony oraz Panie z agencji Downtown bardzo niemiłe i niekontaktowe. Kontakt reklamacyjny tylko przez maila. Zostaliśmy całkowicie zignorowani i w połowie pobytu nie mieliśmy wejścia do budynku. To nie jest normalne tym bardziej że za pobyt zapłaciliśmy bardzo dużo. Spotkaliśmy też właścicieli którzy powiedzieli że to nie jest normalne i powinniśmy od razu skontaktować się z Downtown. Nie polecam!! Ta firma jest niepoważna i nie traktuje klienta z szacunkiem oraz nie pomaga w rozwiązaniu problemu. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z ich usług. Nigdy dotąd nie miałam takich problemów mimo że co miesiąc rezerwuje w różnych krajach pobyty z bookingu. Poza tym mimo że zapłaciliśmy o wiele więcej za nocleg niż ceny w innych apartamentach to dostaliśmy najmniejszy pokój bez widoku na główną ulicę tylko na dziedziniec.

Rooms are very good and efficient size for our needs for the trip. Dishwasher microwave and working hob. It came with everything you need like cooking utensils, dishwasher tablets, and bin liners which was expected. Although room was clean when we turned up, I did notice hairs on our bedding which I was not happy about. There’s plenty of spice to put away your belongings if you’re staying for a long period of time. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space in the bedroom and outside of the room. TV while it has Netflix on and you can pull out the sofa into another bed if you have an extra guest . The only thing I would criticise the fact that I think that block of flats that the room is in is also residential meaning that you can hear everything and anyone else is saying and from the other people in other rooms. If there’s a family next door, your hear kids screaming. If there’s people in the opposite side of flats, you can hear them as well. So if you’re looking for somewhere super quiet at night times, I don’t think that can always be guaranteed.

fantastic apartment, very clean and well-kept. The staff was very nice and helped us find the right attractions near the apartment. a great place for a trip to Gdańsk, everything is close. I plan to come to Gdansk again in the future and I will definitely use this place

This wasn't the first time I booked an apartment with Downtown Apartments. Clean as always, and a very nice view. A really high-quality apartment, comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen. The service was nice and helpful. I will definitely be happy to come back more than once. I highly recommend it!

I had wonderful stay at Downtown's apartment. Apartments was clean and well equipped. Service was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the city center and tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Gdańsk!
