飯店位於市中心，就在聖瑪麗大教堂對面。房間安靜乾淨，雖然有點小。沒有空調，但窗戶可以打開，還有一個高效的直立式搖頭風扇。前台 24 小時開放，工作人員友好且樂於助人。沒有游泳池，我們也沒有去水療中心，所以我無法對此發表評論。飯店提供自助早餐，價格合理，但附近有很多麵包店和餐館，我們沒有利用它。

一切都很好，就是有點冷。不含餐但是底樓有一家很不錯的傳統餐廳，服務很好。該位置是最好的地理位置就在大教堂旁邊。

My second visit to Hotel Artus and again not disappointed. I requested the same room opposite the Cathedral on the fourth floor. Perfect. Very little street noise and a fan in the room to keep me cool. The breakfast has a wide selection and will satisfy most tastes. I make mine brunch!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The hotel was very nice and was located in the heart of St Germaine. There were great cafes and restaurants right outside the door. It was very easy to get to most other main attractions as well. Sanjay, the Concierge, was a huge help. He is very nice and always there to recommend great places to go and things to do.

Well managed hotel in the historic centre of Gdansk. The check in process was quick, the room wasn't overly spacious but enough for my needs, all very clean, the heating was perfectly comfortable and the bathroom faultless. I would have preferred a soap bar rather than liquid. The room was facing the back courtyard, so was quiet at night. The breakfast in the ground floor hall was excellent, with plenty of fresh delicious food. All at a reasonable price. I would certainly stay again.

Except for a good location and OK breakfast there is litte positive to say about this hotel.Expessive for Polish standards the hotel offers, dirty, dark, depressing and stuffy rooms. No airconditioning. Bad management. At first I was offered a room overlooking the back yard. Quiet but stuffy and smells from the kotchen below. I changed the room for one overlooking the street. The room was dirty, there were bottels under the bed and the sink was left dirty. Adittionallly it is a main street with many restaurants and clubs so there was permanent noise below the window. Sleeping is impossible. I complained the next day about the dirtiness of the room but the hotel managment ( absent on the day of my stay) claimed i should have complained earlier and accused me of lying. No more comment.
