河畔的灰石旅館

The decision to assign me to your last building needs to be examined. My room was 174 Kg bed deluxe/balcony w/view of lake/walk in shower (1-star). Check in was smooth. After that it was nightmare. The garage is nice for unloading but after that like when you move your car in the evening time and return to no spots near the room and I am handicap w/walking problems from a stroke 5 yrs ago (permanent damage). That got real old no spots in the evening so I ask since I have a handicap room in the connected to the room could they maybe place a cone down? Saying "no" to this made no sense to me. I have a Hospitality degree and retired from corporate work. The room is super close to the garage door and elevator and all night long the slapping of door and other loud noises. Sleeping was not possible. In closing I would not assign my worst enemy this location. I am so disappointed.

We have been staying at the Greystone Lodge for over 10 years now. We particularly like the central location and its proximity to the trolley station. We rarely drive once we part at the Lodge and take the trolley wherever we need to go. Very convenient. The facility itself is above par. Over the years we have seen management continually upgrade the facility. Our recent visit was very impressive as they had completely redone the wing we prefer to stay in. It is obvious they are in this for the long haul. Housekeeping was excellent and the front dest staff always engaging and helpful. There is a reason we continue to stay there every time we decide to visit Gatlinburg. Great quality at a fair price, conventinet location, wondereful staff and very comfortable rooms.

We loved the location and how clean our room was. House keeping cleaned our room every day. We loved the river view. It was really nice sitting on the balcony at night. The complimentary breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was nice and helpful. Trolley pickup was right beside the Lodge and Aquarium. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at The Greystone Lodge on the River in Gatlinburg. I took him for his Birthday. There are no elevators. So we had to that the steps. Good thing we was only on the second floor. The room was nice and clean. Beds slept comfortably. The hotel is a little dated and has an old smell to it. I saw a few bugs 🐜 in bathroom and a spider 🕷️ behind the TV. All rooms have a Balcony. The plus side is the Hotel is right at Downtown Gatlingburg and right across the street from The Ripley Aquarium, Anakeesta, and Margaritaville about a 3 minute walk. We had a good stay. Staff was nice and complimentary. Just wish they had elevators. They need to update this hotel.

The building was built in 1940- which is fine just wish the mattresses weren’t built in 1940. Place is clean, convenient. Nice view off of balcony. Honestly as for comfort, I would rather have slept on the car hood. On the end of the parkway area closest to pigeon forge which was nice for once.

Best place to stay in Gatlinburg. Close to everything downtown but not facing the Main Rd. We had a balcony over the River that soooo soothing at night. Rooms are very clean and the services staff are extremely polite. Breakfast was perfect to start a busy day of sightseeing. I would visit this location again.
