加特林堡格紅屋頂套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg)

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms and I would recommend booking the fireplace. The breakfast was on the second floor, it was okay. Would prefer more vegetarian options or fruit. Short walk into the centre but there is also a shuttle that stops very near the hotel. Stayed for 1 night, would come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space swimming pool.

The room wasn’t that. Clean. Black stuff all over the sheets some it looked like bugs if it had some TLC to it wouldn’t be bad. Some one next door fought all night!!! I don’t think ever again not what I paid for 2 nights

Hotel was OK. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. Located at one end of the shopping so it is a hike if you want to see everything, but it also is on the lower end as far as price.

The greatest location as a base hotel to visit the Great in Smoked Mountain National Park. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😃

I have stayed in many hotels in the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge areas and this is quite honestly the tops. Check in was flawless with everything explained very clearly, Room was the cleanest I have ever witnessed in this area, furnishings were tasteful, and well kept, amenities were all present and including plenty of coffee. Overall the property is well maintained and all public areas are clean. Parking lot was also well lit and spaces were ample (this is not the case in all hotels in the area). What more could anyone ask for?

Not as bad as some reviews make it sound. Room was clean but dated. Bed was ok not the worst. Breakfast was comparable to any other hotel breakfast. We had our small dog with us and had no issues. Location is a little bit of a walk from main ***** but there is a trolley stop in front of property. Pool was clean and warm.

Hotel is in shambles. I felt like I need to update my tetanus shot while I was there. Elevator wasn’t working for two days and I was on the 6th floor! Some kid puked on the pool deck and no one came to clean it up. I asked about bear safety and was told you don’t bother them they won’t bother you! Man at the front desk was so rude. We had 7 rooms reserved and the all smelled like dog pee! Even the non pet designated rooms. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong suit! WILL NOT be going back!

Room smelled like bleach. Bathroom door had a very large patch where a dog had clearly broken through at an earlier time. Door frame and molding were very damaged from previous pet. Tub wouldn't drain. Toilet seat was not even remotely secured down.
