This is one of the best places to stay while in Gatlinburg. It is always clean very close to everything and the swimming pool is always clean as well. Service is always excellent. Well always try this place 1st when going to Gatlinburg

Never again
I could hear the toilet flushing from the people upstairs through the wall, constantly. Garbage dumpster located outside my window, the truck came every day around 4am, it was extremely loud. Room was old and not clean. No lock latch on the door, so I couldn’t lock the door, the cleaning people just came in when they wanted to with little to no warning. Constant bathroom faucets leaking. Worst hotel I have stayed in, will not stay at another one.

Horrible customer service, horrible room
We asked for a room in the main building, clerk said they didnt have any available but yet there wss hardly if at all any rooms occupied and the parking lot was empty at night and during the day.
We asked for a room in the main building because there was constant noise from the side of the building, people banging on crap, dump truck or some kind of loud banging noise at 5:30 in the morning. Neighbors were constantly yelling and screaming in their room and on the balcony all hours of the night. The front desk said Sorry, nothing available. Poor poor customer service, bad guest experience. This place seems to have gone down hill. Oh the hot water wasnt working either, it would go on and off!

Great location
We got a room in a different building than we usually stay in. It was ok. Clean. But beds were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep a full night. People yelling up and down halls. And could hear everything the people next door said through the walls. I do like how close it is to everything.

Our Yearly family vacation
We always stay at econo lodgeif Regan Ed in Gatlinburg it is convenient to all the shops and restaurants. It was beautiful weather and we got snow for two two days but never stopped us. This 5th year of staying here and never a disappointment
