Great location to everything in Gatlinburg without going thru heavy traffic! Very clean with beautiful room

Poor quality breakfast. Cheap bacon and juice which taste very bad. Poor cleanliness. Found not only ladybugs, also cockroach on bed. Poor staff service. Front desk is always empty and no one answered phone. No kettle for boiling water and no Q-tips.

The front desk was helpful with our late checkout that we appreciated but I feel the standard of the Marriott chain is going down. The buffet was meagre, no fresh waffles, Eggs tasted like rubber. Everythingis packaged and proceesed.Did not enjoy the breakfast at all. Staff at Kitchen just stood around. The more disappointing part was the lack of toiletries in the room and the fact that Room Service is provided only every 3 days ????? No wonder the room had a smell that you would get if you turned the AC off even for a minute. Awful. We headed to a Hilton for our next stay and ironically met someone who had stayed at the Fairfield and they were mentioning exactly the same things. Not acceptable. I am seriously considering changing my Brand loyalty to a brand that actually cares about your stay.

Mi familia y yo la pasamos super en este hotel, desde nuestro check in hasta el check out todo fue perfecto tienen un personal muy amable. Lo volveria a escoger para mi proxima visita en Gatlinburg TN.

Property was clean and updated. Breakfast was really subpar for the cost of staying. Even subpar to all the other Fairfield inns we have stayed at. Also the real big issue is the charging my bank card even when we switch cards upon check in. Very inconvenient and they couldnt fix the issue prior to checkout

Definitely recommend this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel has a lot to offer for a very great price! The beds were comfortable, the pillows not so much, but that seems to be a common thing for hotels nowadays. We were very happy to stay here. It is within a decent walking distance of the main *****, just a bit of an incline/decline getting up and down to it.
