Its a bit pricy especially on holiday, but its ok thats not a big issue.
Amazing hotel, cozy, nice smell, everything about this hotel is excellent. Perfect! Gonna go back to this hotel again. Thanks to receptionist manda(if m not mistaken) for her patience and and her kindness.

Kamar ok luas, nyaman, ada sofa n meja, pas check in dpt upgrade k kamar view mountain & tropikana... infinity pool nya jg oke view gunung
Lokasi sangat strategis, sebelahan bgt sm mall ciplaz & tropikana waterpark...
Pilihan makanan breakfast jg banyak menunya..

of course in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics are very champion, especially since this hotel is new. but for the balcony privilege type, below 10 pm it is very uncomfortable because the noise of the crowd from the mall can be heard clearly into the room. It so happened that there was live music in the mall. then for access it is indeed very well maintained, because before entering the room corridor, you have to enter a door that requires access. but this is rather inaccessible if there are two people who need to go out, while the access card can be 2; one must be on standby for the room. then about breakfast, the variety is limited and only stands out in the bread. the taste is also standard, nothing is great. and finally for the pool is very, very small. so it is indeed suitable for only staying 1 night, no more.

Too many people are smoking where children are playing. The hotel should separate between the smoking area and the children's area.

Ada beberapa point yang ingin saya sampaikan ,untuk pihak hotel,saat saya masuk balkon tidak di bersihkan,ada bekas puntung rokok dan sisa makanan di lantai balkon. Dan tempat tidur nya ternyata UK kecil yg di satukan,dan salah satu tempat tidur nya tidak rata,jadi kalau kita Dudu di ujung tempat tidur langsung jungkit. Untuk yg lain nya oke. Tidak ada kendala.
